American Kingdom: Visions of a Friendly Society

Another message from the American Monarchist Movement

http://www.worldfreeinternet.net/archive/arc5.htm

While the politicians of the republic think up new crimes to charge Americans with, the Nationalists are pushing ahead with a positive agenda. Americans are acculturated to being pitted against each other, so the idea of a united friendly society is a fundamentally alien notion. However, anyone who brings up the possibility that a less hostile social system is even possible is laughed out of the dialogue by a cynical press, under the influence of a cynical bureaucracy.

The biggest fear of the bureaucracy of the republic is that the American people will find a common cause, in which they will find the strength to retire the republic. To postpone that inevitable impulse towards a genuine national unity, the bureaucracy constantly seeds the various ethnic groups that collectively constitute the "American people," with suspicions of each other. Often the very programs that are designed to create rivalries and jealousies carry such lofty sounding names as Affirmative Action and Desegregation. This is not an attack on the noble ideals underlying Affirmative Action or Desegregation, it is rather an acknowledgment that the programs of the republic are named in a misleading fashion, so as to distract the illiterate masses from the underlying strategy of divide and rule.

The illiteracy of the masses is not an accident, especially in a country that spends so much supporting educational institutions. The shameless boasting about the quantity of Americans who are not completely illiterate, ignores the more significant issue of the QUALITY of literacy possessed by the average American. This is because the people have been indoctrinated with a civic creed, at the very core of which is a falsification of history. The only way any fraud can be accomplished is to limit the information available to the victim. The way this is done in the United States is by the coerced memorization of the false chronology of events through such a painful methodology, that the very subject of "history" becomes painful, and a topic of discussion most average Americans enjoy avoiding for the rest of their lives.

The American republic derives of the era of slavery, and the institutions of a divided society are deeply embedded into the very essence of the Federal Government. The rhetoric of law and justice and community is designed to give the individual a false sense of security, so that the individual will make no effort at self-defense when attacked. To the authorities of the republic -- who once policed such things as the deliberate suppression of literacy among the population of black slaves -- any signs of intelligence on the part of the population is a cause of alarm. It is important to remember that the men who met at Philadelphia to write the Constitution of 1787 were seriously class conscious, and the institution they devised was specifically designed to enable the upper class its "rightful" control over the lower classes of indentured servants, slaves and propertyless freemen. What's more the lower classes accepted this system of patronage, and deferentially looked up to their "betters."

The republic is best understood when compared to the qualities of a corporation. The corporation exists only by the agreement of men, but it is clothed with the powers of a natural human being. This means that it can act, it can own and use and dispose of property, it can assume liabilities, and it can enter contracts and demand performance. The corporation, however, cannot die. Yet the fiction of the existence of the corporation is MORE important than the actual human beings who function as its eyes and ears, legs and arms. The people come and go, even the chief executive officer, but the identity of the corporation, with the appropriate symbols and slogans, carries on indefinitely until someone calls off the game. Most significantly, of course, the notion of the corporation led to the evolution of the legal doctrine of the "corporate veil," which disconnects accountability for the actions of a corporation from any of the human agents whose actions may cause harm or damage.

No one in the republican government in Washington, D.C., actually believes that he or she will ever be held responsible for any of the things they are doing while in service to the republic. The Federal Government is little more than an organized system that enables the business interests of the nation to exploit the national wealth of the American people, without sharing any of the proceeds of that enrichment with the American people. This is part of the reason why so much effort is made to encourage individuals to disregard the needs and wants of their fellow Americans -- such consideration being criticized as "communism" -- while showering public approval on anyone who is "career-oriented," and devoted to self-indulgence.

The consumer society is full of contradictions, promoting employment as the means of liberation; possessions as the means to fulfillment; and the prison/police state as the means to security. The loneliness this breeds as individuals launch themselves towards the ideal of massive wealth is only accentuated by the brutality they cause others, who get in the way. Children who saw injustice and asked why, turn into adults who take up Cain's cause and demand, "Am I my brother's keeper?" It is hard for the successful to remember that the human race is like a pool of water, and any time any individual is deprived of his lawful human rights, it causes a disturbance throughout the whole pool.

While it is easy to point out the faults of any system, it is much trickier to suggest alternatives or solutions. This is made even more difficult by the basic assumptions indoctrinated into average Americans by the institutions that collaborate in the deliberate disinformation of the population: the media, the politicians, the schools (from grade school to university), and the corporations. The republic is driven by forces that break down traditional families to the smallest unit possible, the NUCLEAR FAMILY, so that the family's ancient role as the "breeder" of the society remains in place. The traditional family of multiple generations, united by positive and long-term bonds of love and loyalty to each other, which enabled the traditional cultural values to be passed on from one generation to the next, was outlawed, so that the members of the family had to rely on the institutions of the mass society for information and comfort. Thus things that were once done by a people in common, lightening the burden on individuals -- like the care of the children -- now became the province of licensed, profit-making "professionals;" and the elderly were, in effect, discarded, confined to "convalescent centers," isolated from the youth who are their actual reason for living.

One of the most serious blows to the family as a political and social institution came about from the republican notion of "equality." Equality did not mean that slavemasters were the equal with their slaves; under the statutes of the republic no man is obliged to consider another man an authority, because men don't possess authority, only officers acting in their official capacity have authority. This is part of the corporate ethic, and it infers that only the Republic-Corporation has authority. It is directly contradicted by the ancient principle of princely authority, the prince having the authority to act, but also the responsibility for his actions and the consequences thereof.

The equality of the republic is not the same as the principle of equality of all people UNDER THE LAW. The equality of the republic is based on encouraging raw competition, and the fulfillment of the republic's underlying purpose as a mechanism for inciting rivalries and jealousies among the American people, to keep them divided. Under the republican creedal definition of equality no man is wiser than any other man, and the only genuine "authority" is that which rests in people who have been properly accredited and licensed by the republic: Doctors, Lawyers, Police, Firemen. This is why the penalties for impersonating authorities are so severe, because such impersonations encourage individuals to distrust the official channels of the government.

The most serious damage done by the republic's theory of equality is that which is done to the authority of the family. The structure of authority in every family is tribal and hereditary; it cannot be any other way. The children look up to the parents; but deprived of the tribal arrangement of cousins and grandparents that prevails in all traditional cultures universally, the parents have to turn to the institutions of the republic to educate their children. The monetized economy, of course, also works to break down traditional family bonds, especially as women join the labor force. Most women would love to be an influence in the lives of their children, but are unable to as a result of the demands made upon the typical family to pay "its" bills. Bills such as to water companies and electricity companies that used the taxes collected from the same families to build their infrastructures, so that families continue paying for (and working to pay for) the same services many times over.

The authority of the family has been undermined by the evolution of the educational institution and the rise of the so-called professional class. Of course, after two centuries of coercion, fragmentation, and falsification the end result is not only a disintegrating civilization, but a condition wherein the natural leaders of the society, the elders, have none of the traditional wisdom that enabled societies in the past to continue in existence. Warehoused and marginalized in senior "ghettos," the elderly look on in horror as their children and grandchildren engage in a virtual daily slaughter, feeling completely powerless to intervene as a result of the conditioning they received throughout their lives, of reliance and dependence upon the institutions of the republic.

The most direct and open attack on the authority of the family in America came about when Thomas Jefferson penned legislation that made it illegal for land to be held in perpetuity for the welfare of the family as a whole. The Jeffersonian laws abolished the rule of primogeniture, or the right of the first- born, and en tail, which had worked successfully for thousands of years, both of which acknowledged the traditional principle that each family had a family chief (who could also be a woman in many cultures, based on necessity), whose authority the law recognized, especially pertaining to the family's possession of land. The new laws set up the principle that families could no longer act as intermediaries between the individual and the republic; instead, the individual was now responsible directly to the republic, above any allegiance owed to the family. This became the basis of modern mass campaigns encouraging youngsters to spy on their parents, and to inform on them to the authorities of the republic if they commit a crime.

The system of justice set in motion by the Founding Fathers reinforced the authority of the slavemaster over his slaves, with statutes, police and prisons; but family's were not allowed control of even their own homes from one generation to the next. The imposition of taxes made it necessary for families that had paid off their homes generations earlier, to join the labor force and learn about the gadget-based lifestyle enjoyed by those who have the money to pay for it. Employment, of course, is an adult extension of school-years, in which obedience is rewarded and a bad attitude will show up on your credit report. The entire grading system of the schools exposes us at our most vulnerable and formative ages to forces of approval and disapproval. The grades are all based on tests in which the students have already been provided with the right answers, so that the reward of a good grade is directly related to saying what the teacher has prompted the student to say. In adulthood this leads to uncomfortable situations whenever anyone violates the unspoken rules by actually saying what is on his mind, instead of the expected statement the prompt might suggest.

American society is in a desperate state now, but the only answer of the republic is a barrage of WORDS: New laws, threats of harsher punishment, innuendos and grandstanding. It is inconceivable for average Americans to comprehend that all evidence of law-breaking on the part of the institutions of the republic, suggests that the adoption of new legislation is not a solution with any promise. This is particularly true of that institution that came into being solely as a result of the policies of the republic: Organized crime. The mass media never raises the issue that maybe the willingness of Americans to join the Other Side in the republic's war on crime derives from the greed instilled in them by mass society institutions, that is supposed to motivate them to become gainfully employed. The glamorization of wealth backfires every time an illiterate teenager acts on the impulse to acquire WITH A GUN AT A CONVENIENCE STORE. Of course, most people resist the impulse to violate others due to natural tendencies towards empathy that are innate in human life as a potential; but if that empathy is stifled, and the individual is not moved by the suffering of others, that individual can become PREDATORY towards other human beings, and the results of this are witnessed daily in the news.

The American republic is heavy with the legacy of the nation's slave past. The only way to address the police state of the republic is through a national dialogue of reconciliation among the various ethnic groups that constitute the American people, based on an impartial and honest understanding of America's past under the republic. And the actual solution to the nation's crises will derive from the deliberate fostering of a social peace, to put an end to the constant Wars of the Republic against the people: The War on Crime, the War on Drugs, the War on Poverty, the War on Sex. Wars are powered by hate, and it must ultimately be acknowledged that the hate taught by the institutions of the republic, that make it possible for them to exploit the people to prosecute these wars, gets out of control and becomes the source of its users' destruction. Thus a new legal and political order is called for that is not anchored in the euphemisms of plantation aristocrats 220 years ago. This is a vital recognition, because so long as anyone believes that the "System Works," there will be no energy or momentum to wind down and dissolve a system of government notable only for its institutional harshness.

The founding of the republic represented the rejection of the ancient executive native to traditional law, that was derivative of the natural authority of the father of the family, the chief. The republic was made up of competing land-owning families, all of which were suspicious of each other's intentions. While no one in 1996 can reasonably debate whether independence from Britain in 1776 was the best way to handle the differences that existed at that time, it is vital to understand that law-abiding people did stand on the side of the kingdom and the monarchy which were central to the legal system of government in America. The reason for this was not loyalty to an antiquated system, but a sense of reliance on the principles of law that had succeeded for TEN THOUSAND YEARS.

A duly constituted monarchy can only survive if it embodies the national unity of the kingdom. Unlike a republic, which historically have been set up by closed groups of merchants, who use their control of the state to create cartels that enrich them and exploit the nation; a monarchy embodies what is BEST in a people. The monarch and the royal family symbolize the good-will and good-faith of the community in its relations with the people of the nation, the tribe. The American stereo-type of a monarch as a dictator is a knee-jerk reaction to the only institution that can salvage the nation, precisely because the founders of the republic knew that the people would be suspicious of their rejection of traditional government. So they created a case against the English king of America, George III, that was completely false. They made the king the focus for all the actions of his ministers, which under a constitutional system of government he had no control over. Of course, the king had no intention of being a tyrant, and in fact was not a tyrant, and many of the expectations of the English with regards to the colonies were not wholly unreasonable. Second-rate historians feel free to write off the tremendous expense undertaken by the British when they defeated the French and conquored Canada, which had a direct effect on the general level of safety of the average colonial. The taxes the English sought were an attempt to share the financial burden more equitably. Another fact that is conveniently ignored when the causes of the Revolution are cited, and prominent among them is the battle-cry of "No Taxation Without Representation," was that the well-to-do did not intend to pay taxes on property such as land they stole from native Americans, or people they held in bondage as slaves, who were given a value in money due to the machinations of the slave market. Additionally, the credit that made it possible for the plantation aristocrats to acquire land and slaves derived from banking institutions in London, the seat of the legal government, and a Revolution made it possible for American colonials to repudiate their debts WITHOUT PAYING THEM OFF.

While no one can actually turn the clock back to make up for mistakes of the past, the living generation can learn from the lessons of history so that they can act in the present to avoid repeating mistakes. The American republic is an aberration that has caused an untold succession of injustices due to its perversion of the law at its very heart and soul. If America is to have a peace it will derive from an honest dialogue about the past, and the development of genuine resolve to address the consequences of this past. Most significantly, a genuine lasting social peace will only be possible if based on new institutions of a united nation. First and foremost is the monarchy, which is perhaps the single most important institution of traditional law. Unlike a popularly-elected president of a republic, the monarch is a neutral embodiment of national unity, who is constitutionally duty bound to represent EVERY national without regard to political party affiliation. The very campaigning presidents must undergo to become elected pre-disposes them to the resentment of the members of that political party that lost the election, which in America is roughly half the nation at any given time. A monarch, to the contrary, is usually a widely loved figure, whose family -- the royal family -- is deeply involved in charitable institutions that reach out to the most deprived members of the national family, to offer them hope.

The traditional kingdom depends on the long-term committment to public service of the monarch and the royal family, which is a concept that is totally alien to Americans, who are used to rank politicians being elevated to the presidency. Any sign of nobility is automatically assumed to be a pretense hiding a genuine personal motive or ambition. It is impossible for a society hide-bound with a 220-year-old police state, which makes folk-heros and celebrities out of slave-masters and insurrectionists, to comprehend that sometimes good men do good BECAUSE IT IS THE RIGHT THING TO DO. While hereditary nobilities are viewed with contempt by average Americans who drool over the ostentatious displays of the blue- blooded American billionaire class, it is because they have forgotten that the hereditary nobles came from families that had made genuine sacrifices, and performed actual services for their nations, for which they were rewarded with HONOR. Honor is the lifeblood of the traditional nation, and like love, it cannot be earned or awarded under false pretenses.

The restoration of the American kingdom represents the restoration of the fundamental sinews of law that enable the nation to become unified by law. Law is not rules that some politicians agree on amongst themselves, which benefits them at the expense of the nation. Law is a universal standard of justice derivative of the ancient customs and traditions and taboos of the human community, which give shape to what it means to be a human being. The departure from this norm was the basis of the American republic, which was actually a fixture for the preservation of the property of the Founding Fathers -- their land and slaves -- at the expense of the whole nation. The restoration of this standard, through the revival of the American kingdom, restores to each human being his or her place in the nation as a true equal UNDER THE LAW. This speaks directly to all the so-called "freedoms" Americans are convinced that they receive from the Constitution of 1787 and the so-called Bill of Rights. The truth is that Americans have legal rights to freedom because of thousands of years of legal precedents set forth in case law and custom, not because a lawyer wrote down an unenforceable list of rights that were voted on in an elaborate system by politicians that, as an end effect, allowed the most absolutist government of all time to come into existence. The entire language of legal rights and obligations derives from that womb of law we call the unwritten constitution, which is the genuine constitution of every nation that originated from English principles of law. Unlike the exclusive Constitution of 1787 -- which was enacted -- the unwritten constitution is not dependent upon a single enacted legal document. The unwritten ancient constitution is an accumulation of customs, treaties, practices, statutes, scholastic writings, case law, and the minutiae of the agencies of the government; it is inclusive in nature and genuinely guided by academic principles and constitutional history. It is this unwritten constitution that gives life to the American court system, and while the American unwritten constitution has been submerged for 220 years under the iron-claw of the republican Constitution of 1787, it remains in tact waiting for restoration BECAUSE IT CANNOT BE REPEALED. Common sense dictates that something that was never enacted cannot be rescinded. While such a notion as the existence of another American constitution appears to be a technical issue suitable only for lawyers to understand, it speaks to the crux of the issue, the legitimacy of the government under law.

The evolution of a genuine American nation has been postponed by the totalitarian regime imposed by the Federal Government of the Founding Fathers. Today we suffer due to the miseries preceding generations of Americans inflicted on millions of people who were defenseless, and powerless to protect themselves. It will take more than the creation of a legitimate executive, a lawful kingship, to bring peace to America. It will take a concerted effort by all Americans to find solutions, to build bridges where in the past all that existed were moats and draw-bridges. We are fooling ourselves if we think that contemporary communities, governed by municipal corporations, are an expression of genuine community spirit. These local institutions bear the real brunt of social control, organizing the police forces that are the frontline between the institutions of the republic and the average citizen.

The police of every precinct have a detailed social and political agenda, which includes a strict code of conduct they enforce over every citizen. Americans think that they are free, but they are not even free to chose their own moral codes, because the police have already picked one out for them, and they enforce it with brute force and determination. The so-called law books are full of statutes that allow the police to do what they please, such as the "community morals" laws, and when they actually violate laws (of course, in the "higher service" of their moral code), the entire police force closes ranks with the code of silence to protect those who broke the law, as if the police were the adversaries of the public. The truth is that every American has an interest in consistent and fair law enforcement of genuine, valid law; the only dilemma is that the republic is structurally incapable of giving out justice because it was born to preserve innate injustices.

The expansion of the police force represents an underlying view of man that is negative. The insistence of the politicians of the republic to hire more police underscores their genuine opinion of the American people: That Americans do not refrain from committing crimes because they are GOOD PEOPLE, but because they are afraid of the possibility of being caught and punished. The prison system is also illustrative of a pessimistic, cynical opinion of the human race, which holds that people refrain from crime only because of the deterrent of prison.

The only way to walk away from the police/prison state model for community is to start a dialogue among the living generation of Americans, as a basis of a FRIENDLY society. No one should have to defend themselves FROM THEIR OWN GOVERNMENT. The American kingdom embodies the aspiration of millions of Americans to attain relief from the burdens heaped upon them by the republic. The kingdom exists as a brilliant promise that a TRUE LAW does, indeed, exist, and that justice is something attainable IN THIS LIFE. The American kingdom is actually constituted of every American national who has ever lived, or who shall ever live in the future, in a spiritual union that never challenges the patriotism of another American. The kingdom exists as an eternal challenge to the republic and its superficial "patriotism," which masks business deals as patriotic causes. The kingdom is the total people, each person possessing individual human rights that come together to create a complex nation of law. There is no loss of the identity of the individual in the kingdom; the mere fact of birth merits every human being the fundamental human rights that make mortal existence feasible.

The most important objective of the Nationalist kingdom is a re-birth of local community life. A civic virtue must be honored that makes it acceptable for communities to come together and rescue the most desperate Americans who live in their midst, who are now the victims of the republic and its punitive will. The homeless, the runaways, the mentally ill, all are increasing in numbers at an alarming rate because the society is self-destructing. We forget that before we domesticated animals, we had to domesticate ourselves, the human family, and whenever a society turns its back on people it creates the conditions that lead them to GO BACK TO THE WILD. This is most relevant to property-owners, because people who have reverted to wild practices are no respecters of property conventions. They are governed by instincts and impulses, like animals. While most of these unfortunates can be saved by a small effort on the part of every American, it is vital for average Americans to understand how the homeless crisis relates to them and their own personal safety. Yet aside from issues of safety, basic humanitarian sense is outraged by the fact that Americans are dying from things like exposure and starvation every day, but we do not hear the statistics. The fact that the Federal Government spends billions on troops in Bosnia, or in the Middle East, but it will not spend what it takes to get American homeless off the streets, reveals that its real intent does not include saving American lives so much as imposing the power of the republic on foreign states.

Americans have a choice to make. For the first time in 220 years they can actually make a choice, and stand behind that choice and see it become a reality. Of course, the movement to restore the American kingdom is not a revolution; it is not an angry movement, with some intention to overthrow the Government. Instead, it is a social movement that speaks to the soul of every American in a language of values and virtue. The intent of the kingdom is not to do harm to the people who are running the republic; the people running the republic stand to gain as much from the restoration of law as every other American. The people running the State and Federal Governments may be misled, but they are still American nationals, and the ideal of the kingdom is to DO NO HARM TO ANY COUNTRYMEN. This is vital because a friendly society can only be inaugurated in a stress free environment, in which everyone's grievances have been addressed, and everyone feels confident in the humanity of his neighbor. The accomplishment of such a state of good-faith is absolutely impossible if the nation is divided in civil war or revolution.

The only way the republic can be peacefully wound up and dissolved is if the majority of the American people act socially to restore the monarchy, which will create a basis for the American people to act in unison. Once a true human community -- united by bonds of love -- has been forged, the tired republic will begin to see that its days are numbered. It will find itself constantly confronted by the stubborn resistance of the American people to countenance its continuance, and the morale of the politicians and the bureaucrats will sink like a stone. The Acts of Congress will become increasingly irrelevant as the whole nation focuses its attentions upon the new Parliament of the kingdom, where the exercises of the parliamentary system of government will expose the American people to genuine checks and balances that were only insinuated by the republic. Ultimately the men and women who run the Federal and State Governments will recognize that it is in their own best interests to retire, and at the right moment, for all practical purposes the police state will cease to exist because there will be no one to defend it.

The American kingdom is an appeal to the very best in Americans. It calls for all Americans to embrace each other as brothers and sisters and to work together for the common good. It invokes the most ancient laws of legitimacy, and it demands that the law shall be applied equally to all persons before the law. Above all, the American kingdom IS the American nation, the American people, and it embodies the imperative of human solidarity. The American kingdom speaks to the world community, saying without hesitation that universal HUMAN RIGHTS are the cornerstone of American values. The rise of the kingdom puts every petty tyrant and dictator who now rules due to unwholesome deals between themselves and the American republic, on notice: IF YOU VIOLATE THE HUMAN RIGHTS OF YOUR PEOPLE, YOU WILL BE HELD ACCOUNTABLE FOR IT.

Indeed, every American has a choice that must be made in the privacy of the soul. KINGDOM OR REPUBLIC? Even though gargantuan forces now line up to discredit the ancient traditional system of govenment, forces that are MAKING A PROFIT from the perversion of law embodied by the republic, the basic decency of Americans will prevail. Every day the arrogant bureaucracy of the republic creates supporters for the kingdom, through thoughtless and careless acts that betray its real lack of concern over the welfare of ordinary Americans. Under the republic the politicians offer no relief because it would break the rules; rules, of course, that they invented and imposed. But allowing a burdened people no relief is unwise, for when the pain is sufficient they will demand mercy in no uncertain terms. While we pray that mercy shall come forthwith from the hearts of all people, we know that it cannot be long denied without grave consequences. And it all comes down to the will of the individual: Shall we have a kingdom or a republic?

The Slavemaster American Republic

Another issue from the American Monarchist Movement
http://www.worldfreeinternet.net/archive/slavery.htm

There is a tremendous irony involved in teaching American schoolchildren that they live in a great, free country, and that they owe unquestioning homage to the Founding Fathers as model citizens. This becomes an issue every time a new "history" of George Washington, or Thomas Jefferson, or Alexander Hamilton, comes into print. Every conjecture and speculation about the benign motives of these men is given ample space, and true hard facts that are known are played down, precisely because the hard facts illustrate the kind of men children should not be taught to emulate. Anyone who would challenge the intentions of the Founding Fathers is accused of faltering loyalty to the nation, as if the only America that is worthy of honoring is the one dominated by the politics of the republic. Anyone who attempts to interpret the American legacy outside of the narrow confines of the Federal Government, is attacked by the sycophantic media, which routinely suppresses relevant information that would seem to indicate that the institutional order in America is completely out of control.

America is a far more complex country than one might draw from the reporting of the mass media. The tendency of the media to reduce everything to slogans and stereotypes derives of the mechanical architecture of the mass state, which is a finely tuned method for invoking the power of the mob. This is why the media is careful to arouse every base instinct in its stories, while maintaining a respectable distance from them in order to be able to control the outcome. Reporters and editors are not mean-spirited collaborators with politicians, no they are objective observers merely "reporting" what they see, hoping that the public will be as outraged as they are... It is important to remember that the use of slogans to move masses did not start with the era of the republic, but its use by a mass media is new.

The truth that is not spoken is that there is one way to think in America, and anyone who decides to buck the trends will be vilified and turned into an example of what happens to independent thinkers. The Federal Government had its genesis in the controlling of public opinion, in the best interests of the plantation owners who set it up. The entire Constitution of 1787 sets up an elaborate caste system that modern Americans seem completely oblivious to. Some "expert" will tell us that the Constitution "protects our freedom," and Americans believe it without any independent scrutiny. The reality, however, is that it creates two castes right off, the political caste and the civilian caste; the rulers and the ruled. This is defined by the enumerating of the specific powers that would be vested in the organization set up in the Constitution, the Federal Government. The caste system is further defined by the endowment of a privileged sector within the ruled, who would be allowed a token of influence in the form of "voting." Because of the open hostility of the Founding Fathers to all democratic principles (which none of them made any attempt to conceal), this first franchise was limited to a group who the rulers considered "safe:" Property owning white men. This is important, because it reveals a basic dynamic that still has a tremendous impact on the "free" American society. It is the fact that the republic was designed from the beginning with the intent of limiting the influence of the American people on the system of government, and "freedom" has always been allowed only to those who can be "trusted" not to rock the boat.

The caste system in the United States starts out with the division of the political caste into three artificial "branches." This "division of powers" is the subject of innumerable books that attempt to claim that this is somehow a form of protection for the population. The truth, however, is that the plantation owners actually set up the Federal Government as a form of police protection for their vast holdings, which they did not want any of the Government's agents to meddle in. This enabled the plantation aristocrats to establish a form of unprecedented power over their holdings that was near absolute, by dividing the Government structurally against itself. Of course, the fact that the republic had no moral purpose aside from protecting the commercial interests of the Founding Fathers meant that the internal division of the state tended to impede its more backwards tendencies, which became a point of pride for intellectuals who were willing to grasp at any notion to justify their status as "scholars."

The second division was that of voters from non-voters; voting in 1776, however, was definitely a privilege of wealth. This does not mean that because it was once a privilege of wealth, that it is that much more significant because the right to vote now is vested in all adults over 18 years of age who register to vote. Voting, in fact, never really constituted a threat to the power of the state, because those people who set up the state, and who benefited from it, existed outside of the political system as the owners of vast estates, which were conducted by their owners as virtual independent kingdoms. The officers of the state, the men the voters choose, had real limits on their power (which was basically ceremonial in substance). It is important to understand that when someone sets up an artificial division, it is necessary to associate some kind of privilege to it, so that people will be motivated to become involved in participating in the system which spawns the division, in order to benefit from it. Although "voters" have no separate rights from non- voters -- all rights of individuals having originated in ancient customs, their power deriving from centuries of case law that predated the enactment of the Constitution -- the involvement of the "elite" in electing politicians conveyed a special cache to it, even though as a last safety precaution, the Founding Fathers set up the Electoral College. (Contrary to the belief that the Electoral College always votes consistently with the sentiments of the voters, two presidents came to power after losing the popular vote, by winning a majority in the College).

It is always interesting to watch esteemed intellectuals and scholars argue over the intent of the Founding Fathers, accusing each other of ignorance of the clauses of the Constitution of 1787, as they make a real effort to uphold its popular image as a bastion of law and public order, and especially, human freedom. What they conveniently ignore are the clauses that prove from the start that the men who devised the Constitution had no claim to being forward-thinking progressive people. The most glaring is the clause that defines each black slave as three-fifths of a person. Of course, anyone who brings this up is brushed off as a troublemaker, because anyone in a high profile position is profiting from the system set up in the Constitution, and it is not in his best interests to point out that the system has always had its beneficiaries as well as its victims. Ironically, the entire female gender is mentioned nowhere in the entire body of the Constitution, which launched the greatest controversy of all time, whether or not women should have civil rights!

The Founding Fathers not only did not charge the Federal Government with any mission of protecting the freedom of the American people, they laid out a police infrastructure that enforced a criminal code that essentially outlawed the pursuit of freedom by all black Americans. This was not out of pure racism, but out of a drive to exploit economic opportunity. It is typical for modern scholars to virtually dismiss slavery as a technicality, when it was the defining characteristic of the republic. It is considered impolitic to bring up the fact that George Washington actually owned other human beings -- and that he felt that he was morally entitled to punish them if they disobeyed him, up to and including putting them to death -- because it highlights aspects of the American society that the mass media is uncomfortable about confronting.

If there is any historic institution that illustrates a divided society, it is the institution of slavery. However, the American caste system not only supported a slave caste of millions of people who were kept in chains as actual property, through a legal fiction as dangerous as the idea that a corporation is actually a "legal person," it also sustained a class of poor white indentured servants who were basically treated as slaves. The cultivation of the New World by Europeans had its genesis in successive land-grabs from the native Americans, who ultimately came to constitute another displaced and suppressed caste defined by their native status, and the wars the Federal Government launched against them, which came to endow them with "treaty rights" as sovereign nations (which the political class sought to narrow down before the ink was dry on the first treaty). The Europeans, however, failed to share this land with each other, but used it as a resource to exploit other Europeans, who had the misfortune of arriving in the New World in time to "buy" land from the first settlers, who they also had to work for to pay off their obligations, because there was no other employment opportunity available. Virginia was actually the first "company town" in the Americas, and it was a dismal failure, largely because people objected to being used and manipulated for the profit of the elite. Americans are not familiar with the fact that before the advent of the republic in 1776, America was a kingdom with a king, and after the plantation owners overthrew the ancient constitution of the king, they proceeded to create a system of government that gave carte blanche to business as the first priority of the republic. It was only after the Revolution that the exploitation of the slaves for profit came into its own, highlighting the fact that by the time of the Revolution the colonies were profitably exporting cash crops, the image of struggling colonists having no actual substance in fact.

American power has always been dependent upon the powerful exploiting human beings for labor, who they then claim are acting freely as happy and voluntary participants in their own exploitation. Generations of clergymen delivered sermons that inferred that slavery was actually a benefit to the black slaves, who were deliberately kept illiterate in an attempt to suppress the inclination of the slaves to revolt. Modern Americans don't appreciate the genuine nuances of life in the early republic, which was characterized by an unbridled drive to get rich on the part of the leadership. The primary motivation underlying the effort to set up the Federal Government was the need to stabilize the social condition in order to conduct business, which the government that operated under the Articles of Confederation was not able to do. The order of the day was land speculation and political intrigue designed to influence legislation favorable to one's own commercial interests, which enabled the most powerful families to profit from their support of the republic. (Today this form of insider contracting is out of control, which has been highlighted in press reports about the fact that major government bureaucracies, such as the Pentagon and the IRS, are "not auditable").

By the time the slaves were "freed" by Lincoln, it was widely recognized that slave labor was uneconomical. Contemporaries of Lincoln referred to him as a "first rate second rate man." It is important for us to understand that it was not the human misery of slavery that moved the Federal Government to abolish it. When Lincoln issued his Emancipation Proclamation, it only had effect in those areas "in rebellion," which meant that he was generously freeing those slaves that belonged to those people who opposed the authority of the Federal Government, in states he no longer had any actual control over. No one should make light of the institution of slavery, but the notion that the Civil War was principally fought to end slavery is factually inaccurate. In a famous letter to Horace Greeley, President Lincoln bluntly declared that he was prosecuting the war to preserve the Federal Government (what he called "the Union"), and he would proceed even if not one slave was freed. The advent of wage-labor anchored by the Master and Servant laws enabled the established interests to develop a "middle class" of small property owners, who would share in the need for police protection, and who would come to the defense of the republic that was principally designed to serve the interests of the plantation aristocrats, and their successors, the Billionaire Class. Honest Abe was not only a skillful politician who suspended the ancient right to Habeas Corpus, as he threw his political opponents in jail without warrants or due process, he was also an ex-RAILROAD ATTORNEY, the railroads being America's first true form of modern Big Business. The only way to really understand what this meant is to compare it with a modern industrial giant, such as General Motors. Few people would be excited today if a political candidate for president had as one of his chief accomplishments the fact that he served as legal counsel for one of the most sinister industrial corporations on the face of the Earth.

Anyone who brings up the real history of the Federal Government, such as the fact that it actually financed its operations through a tax on the trade in human slaves until 1808, or that its main function was the return of fugitive slaves to their bondage, is basically ignored by the mass media, who have put these truths behind them because they are inconvenient. American's are encouraged to have blind faith in the leaders the republic elevates, through a system of electoral politics that is designed to marshal public opinion behind the political class, rather than enable the "people" to express their will as to who should run the government. There is a built-in predisposition within the republic to recognize the credibility of people who possess property, and to deem the poor, or members of the lower castes as non-credible. This is most evident when the police state arrests some poor youth for a crime that characterizes the protected status of the Billionaire Class -- such as breaking-and-entering, or car theft -- while bending over backwards to avoid arresting the scions of the trust fund class for white collar crimes that, in pure dollar amounts, dwarf the proceeds of blue collar crime. This is highlighted by the kidnap-and-ransom system of posting bail, whereby the status of the Billionaire Class is most effective, because regardless of how heinous the crimes of the Billionaire, he has the cash the police state demands to release him from custody.

The most impelling evidence to date that the regime set up under the guiding hand of the Founding Fathers has not made the American people "free," is the so-called War on Drugs. The bottom line is that if Americans were free, as is alleged, then the Government would have no legal right to dictate to individual Americans what kinds of substances they may ingest. At some point in time the ruling political class decided that it was not in their best interests to "allow" the American people to use drugs, and they imposed a criminal penalty on drug users. The drug prohibition is not the product of some widespread popular sentiment among a majority of Americans that recreational drugs should be illegal; no one asked any Americans about their positions on drugs until well after the Federal Government had outlawed them, and then they agreed with this as good, patriotic Americans, but like most policies of the politicians of the republic, the individual didn't feel that he had any say about it. When Americans act freely, ironically, they use drugs, which we know because despite the best efforts of the police state to suppress illegal drugs, they are used in such large amounts by so many millions of people, that they are virtually available universally throughout America.

The Federal republic -- the slavemaster republic -- is a collossal failure. Its main priority today is the building of prisons, at a time when the United States has more of its own citizens in jail and prison than any other nation on Earth. It's time for average Americans to wake up to the facts, and start thinking about the shape of a future wherein the Federal Government no longer exists. There is a desperation taking hold of millions of Americans, as they feel that their hands are tied through the convoluted ideology promoted by the mass media, which directs our aspirations for change towards elections that empower new politicians who are limited by the same obstacles as their predecessors. It is not by accident that there are no major changes when a new political party comes to power. The institutionalized two-party system, along with the electoral system itself, was designed from the start to limit the influence of the American people over their government, and to enable the political class to disregard the public interest; this was the one feature that made it most inviting to the speculators who set it up. In order to salvage some hope for the American people, we must begin to think in terms of retiring the Federal Government -- in corporate terms, winding up its affairs for dissolution -- so that a new American government can be formulated that is structurally designed to encourage the unity of the American people. A new government based on the traditions of law that have protected the freedom of the American people for thousands of years... The time has come.

What Has The Federal Govt. Done for you?

A Self Proclaimed Regent in the American Monarchist Movement wrote this. I am sharing it with my readers for the sake of presenting opinions that have been supressed in the USA.

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

How much will you pay in taxes this year? Five hundred dollars? A thousand dollars? Five thousand, ten thousand, fifty thousand? You may even qualify for a "refund," but no matter how you cut it, you will pay taxes; but can you define anything concrete the government will do for you in return for the payment of those taxes? Anything? Theory, of course, does not count. Roads, armies and police count, except, even though you pay for them, they are not there for you; in fact, the government may use them against you, if you decide not to pay more taxes. In fact, most of your taxes will be used to cause you harm, to increase the burden on you. Every day there are new laws defining whole new areas of private activity as "crimes." Did you ever stop to think why the jails are full? Why more jails are needed? The truth is that the jails are full of people who violated traffic laws! To the police, building a front porch without a permit is as serious as murder (it's a crime! ). If you think this is humorous or exaggerated, YOU'RE WRONG. This is precisely true in this author's direct experience (at the hands of the San Clemente Police, in 1992), and it only touches on the fringe of the issue. The people of America are being systematically and routinely LIED to by their insitutional leaders. The media, instead of alerting us or informing us, is part of the "Power Grid," and they don't want to alarm us, (we might want to DO something about it!).

If you work and pay taxes, you probably don't qualify for any of the social programs "provided" by the government. If you did, you would probably try to get off them as soon as possible, because all government programs are demanding, self-deprecating, over-bearing, and they ultimately won't meet your needs. After getting on your hands and knees to beg and plead for help which you already PAID FOR, you will be forced to expose the most intimate details of your life, and then you may not "qualify" for help (it does not matter how desperate you are). But you will be really sorry if you DO qualify, because then your privacy will vanish, along with most of your "civil rights." This is true of unemployment, Aid for Families with Dependent Children (AFDC), food stamps, Social Security, Medicaid, disability; each program is a swamp of rules, the worst of which may be unemployment, which is a kind of insurance policy that businesses don't want to make claims against. (This author, for example, worked for the Auto Trader in Orange County, California, where they work their employees like slaves; they offered to provide a good reference for a future employer; but when it came to unemployment, they lied through their teeth to disallow an honest claim, causing enormous financial difficulties with absolutely no concern or care).

Federal, state and local government bureaucrats love to feign pity and sympathy, telling you how they understand your needs, but that they can't do anything because it violates the RULES. Rules that were often made with their advice and consent. If America is declining it is only because we are being suffocated by a mountain of rules posing as "law." Between local zoning laws, and business licensing and registration, and state and Federal regulation and taxation, it should be no surprise that even public officials have failed to pay Social Security taxes for their employees. Government is now a billion dollar industry, making some people very rich.

To illustrate their special status, public "servants" have a unique law shielding their home addresses from disclosure on their automobile registration, which seems benign, until you get a parking ticket for $30.00 which you must pay. In Los Angeles, alone, (circa 1994), between LAPD, IRS, DMV, Social Services, etc., the agents of these "services" have illegally failed to pay, since 1988, $400,000.00 in personal parking tickets (about $180,000.00 of that is attributable to Los Angeles Police Dept. personnel alone). Perhaps parking "fines" are fundamentally contrary to the rhetorical freedom Americans are so proud of, but it is surely a slap in the face when we must pay an extortive tax, which employees are exempt from on a de facto basis. (And parking tickets, like speeding tickets, like vehicle registration fees, are all actually taxes parading as user fees and punitive fines)|.

There are people in America who are sleeping in the street, not because Americans are immoral or callous, but because their government is immoral and callous, as IT has all the money and power to make the decisive difference. The RTC (the agency of the Federal Government liquidating the assets of the defunct savings and loans, which made millionaires out of crooked S&L executives), actually owns vacant houses and hotels, which it REFUSES to use to alleviate the suffering of the American people. Instead, the Government undermines the public's perception of the worthiness of the homeless, as if it is somehow humane to allow people in decline to perish by exposure. Worse still is the Government's hypocrisy about protecting the American people from crime, because the cheapest, most effective way to prevent the growing crimes of the homeless is to set up shelter programs. (People in shelters don't steal food or money, or urinate in alleys, or break into vacant houses to evade the chilling cold of winter).

All the bureaucrats offer us is EXCUSES. That is exactly why unbalanced individuals react to the pressure they BEG for RELIEF from, by cracking; by losing touch with reality, and literally going insane and shooting the most visible source of their pain: the Flunky behind the desk. This is why more employers "Win," but get murdered by disgruntled employees; and why angry members of the public take aim at bureaucrats in the DMV, the LAPD, and the Unemployment Office (as well as many other agencies). The typical management style of American business is best typified by the U.S. Post Office, whose employees regularly go on shooting sprees. This is not to condone or encourage murder as a remedy to the public's exploitation by venal, petty and power-crazed bureaucrats and employers, it is an attempt to EXPLAIN why these shocking crimes are taking place with more frequency. Crimes that will not stop until there are material changes in the way the American Government views human life.

T he deep secret of the United States is that the Republic was established with the fundamental mandate of perpetuating human slavery, (the social legacy of which is an accomodating attitude towards alcohol and alcoholism). Indentured servitude is the real nature of the relationship between an employee and his boss, and the employee's creditors, (e.g., VISA, Mastercard, Bank of America, First Interstate Bank, etc). At 20% interest per year, a man's debt doubles every five years! And if at any time a debtor refuses to honor this contract (genuine sovereigns are allowed to set aside contracts that jeopardize their sovereignty), even though it is weighted unlawfully in the favor of the institutions, the U.S. Government will use its full prestige and firepower to convict the debtor of crimes, and being exempt from the 13th Amendment's prohibition of slavery, proceed to enslave him as a prisoner. The threat of jail and prison -- and the Scarlet A brand of criminal status -- is the main weapon the Government uses to manipulate and control the American people.

A good example is in Orange County, California, where the City of Orange decided that anyone who feeds poor people in city parks is a "criminal"; or in Santa Ana, the county seat, where living on the street was defined as "camping," which was made illegal, and which made the homeless in Santa Ana instantly criminals! In south Orange County, the City of Dana Point spent thousands of dollars closing a much- needed half-way house and soup kitchen for the poor and homeless, ostensibly on the basis that it violated zoning laws, (but because the City actually refused to provide ANY services for the poor). After waging a viscious, underhanded, back-stabbing campaign, the Dana Point Planning Department bureaucrats pursued a secret agenda which exposed their sense of invincible power, to RULE regardless of right or law! Every government -- local, state and national -- is connected with a secret group of vigilantes (and Dana Point is no exception), and in rural areas this has resulted in mob lynchings, arson, burglary, harassment and pre-meditated, cold-blooded murder. In urban areas it results in police harassment, and an avalanche of state and county agencies (summoned by the City's bureaucrats, or the semi-legendary anonymous "Complaining Private Citizen"), who send investigators out to see IF some kind of violation exists. None of this is from a single experience or anecdote, it is the wisdom of accumulated years, spanning two continents, and political involvement in three states over 20 years.

This brings us to the dark underside of the homeless crisis, underlying the reluctance of the Federal, state and local governments to help the homeless. The reason services are non-existent in the richest nation on Earth, is because the homeless are being punished! GET THE PICTURE? If you don't pay your taxes (of course, voluntarily), then the Government you love so much, that has been SO faithful to you, that claims to give you freedom, that watches everything you do, will come down on you like a thunderbolt from HELL , to treat you like a deadbeat and seize everything you own on trumped up charges in a kangaroo court, and finally throw you out on the street. YOUR PUNISHMENT IS HOMELESSNESS! (This is only if you are lucky, because the real threat is that you'll go to prison first).

The bottom line is that they NEED our money. Their businesses need our labor even more than our patronage; and the Government that makes it all INEVITABLE needs our tax money LIKE A JUNKIE WHO NEEDS A FIX. The only way to get a message through to "them" is to NOT PAY THEM ANY MORE MONEY!

The taxes are political. Even the Department of Water and Power in Los Angeles, California, in the aftermath of Proposition 13, charges two rates, one for residents, and another for "absentee landlords"; the surplus going to the City of Los Angeles' General Fund (to the tune of $100 million per year). The State of California's annual registration fee for a $500.00 car is about $82.00. Averaged out it loses its punch, but on its own, it's almost 20% of the total value of the car! This is going on everywhere in America, like a wheel, a juggernaut, endlessly grinding the people into dust, squeezing every last drop of blood from their overworked, overtaxed bodies.

The "REASON-FOR-BEING" of the Federal, state and local governments is to support BUSINESS. They always come to terms when there is money or business at stake. But if their money is not threatened, then they don't care, because their P-O-W-E-R is based on that money. They buy the mercenaries among us with that money; and most Americans were brought up to believe that to HAVE A PRICE is the American way. But if you have any reservations about withholding your taxes to the Federal or state governments, just think about whether or not you are in a position to GIVE the government "welfare". Think about how your taxes will be spent, enriching fat old men.

First off, there are about 22 million civil servants and government contract employees, all of whom receive a monthly salary, the best benefits package on Earth, and a pension plan only dreamt of in the ghetto. Even the lowly school teachers -- guilty of the worst child abuse in human history, but timidly referred to as an "education" -- receive more than the masses of children they "teach," who wind up as welfare mothers and hamburger vendors in paper hats. Civil service pensions, alone, are a hidden budgetary nightmare, a liability that dwarfs the Social Security entitlements to the general population of senior Americans. (Civil servants were also able to opt out of Social Security, knowing that it's really a Ponzi scheme, and always on the verge of collapse).

Secondly, your money will be used to prosecute people who defy the Government, such as when it refuses to feed the homeless, and morally-driven individuals feel compelled to do the right thing on their own initiative, for which they are persecuted. The City of Dana Point has never seen a social program it likes. NOT ONE. It has driven three out of town as of 1995, at GREAT COST to the taxpayers, because it takes money out of the City's budget to shut down any enterprise. It takes man-hours of staff time preparing claims, and fabricating evidence. It takes hours of expensive investigative services and reports to document any legal action of any bureaucracy, especially if there will be controversy or debate as to whether the action taken was moral, to say nothing of legal. But the City of Dana Point does not answer to anyone except "voters," and voters don't have a very articulated existence. They are basically misled and lied to, and there are no independent voices ALLOWED , to give the voters any real facts. Tax money is routinely used to feed false facts to voters, in a constant barrage of disinformation.

Your money will be spent on such kindly "services" as the Immigration and Naturalization Service (INS), which routinely murders people along the Rio Grande, many of their victims children under 18 years of age (in the line of duty, of course). This, while white Canadians literally flood across the northern border, with little or no notice or concern. The core of immigration policy is racism, which is denied vehemently even while the Klu Klux Klan (KKK) spearheads the campaign to militarize the Mexican-American frontier. We so easily forget that all non-indians are immigrants in this beautiful land.

Another friendly agency your tax money will fund is the DEA, who go into foreign countries and defoliate their cash crops, because Americans are so overworked that they buy more illegal drugs for escape, than any other people on Earth. The real issue is Americans seeking escape from a reality that is so grim that many of them choose suicide! The DEA has a record that is second only to the CIA, for secret deals, double-dealing, treachery, espionage, bribery, assassination, and manipulation of foreign governments, all for the purpose of stopping the flow of illegal drugs, which it has proven fully incapable of accomplishing. The so-called "War" on illegal drugs has always been a fraud, since legal drugs are more damaging to America. However, if Mexico or Colombia ever sent their troops to bomb American TV factories, claiming that TV makes their people stupid, the United States would have fits. In the meantime, these agencies cost us -- you and me -- billions of dollars.

Another popular agency that gets its funding from the American people is the Internal Revenue Service (IRS). No one who has been audited, or who has been accused of "cheating" the Government of taxes, can help but feel fondness for the one agency closer to the Nazi Gestapo than any other. Kindly IRS agents throw women and children out onto the street; seize the inheritance of orphans; and have been known to turn people out of their cars in the middle of the street, motor running, to take the cars for back-taxes. They have no compunction over committing character assassination, or engaging in full-scale vendettas. IRS agents are never moved by human conditions, or the suffering of the people under the burden of taxation. They are, to a man, cold calculating wretched refuse; yet their abuses are never questioned. They attach bank accounts; put liens on real estate; and seize safety deposit boxes full of heirlooms, because the politicians of the Republic gave T-H-E-M-S-E-L-V-E-S license to tax us based on our incomes. This gave the IRS carte blanche to rifle through our papers, and to investigate our most private dealings. The real question is, does the IRS have a legitimate right to destroy us? This question, however, won't be resolved by the beneficiaries of the IRS's storm troopers, because challenges to the taxes are not handled by regular courts, but by special courts under special laws, which are not allowed to judge the validity of any tax. The jurisdiction of these courts is limited to whether any taxpayer improperly fails to pay a tax. Like the Court of the Star Chamber -- one of the most hated courts in English history -- the tax courts enable the Government to ride roughshod over the people, making an open mockery of all talk about the "Land of the Free."

Those who refuse to defy the Government find that the very resources they give the Government are used against them, to make their actions "illegal," and to prosecute and convict them of "crimes" (speeding; littering; obscene speech; failure to appear; smoking in a public building; doing business without a permit; driving a car without a license, or which is not registered; nothing genuinely dangerous to society). If one cannot immediately pay-up, then it's off to jail you go, and you become another statistic they will shamelessly use to justify the building of more jails and prisons. (The guards in jails and prisons have a lobby that goes to the legislatures, and Congress, to lobby for more jails and prisons).

These abuses all took place as a result of the fragmentation institutionalized by the Republic's "three branches of government," none of which has an interest in governing in a responsible manner. The Constitution authorizes a "conspiracy" among institutions to suppress flesh and blood people, individuals, to make them pliable as workers and consumers. The Congress, Presidency and Supreme Court are not organic entities, spawned by nature from a seed in a womb; they are man-made institutions developed by lawyers, who were slave and land owners, frightened that they could lose their wealth to rioting poor people. The United States Republic was financed on a slave trade tax until 1808, and it was bound by "law" to return fleeing slaves so bold as to claim freedom as a human right, a law that the Christian Church was comfortable with until the last minute (man's reward for faith in Jesus coming in the afterlife, after a lifetime of good hard Puritanical back-breaking VIRTUOUS WORK). The corporations evolved out of the loopholes provided by the Republic, known as the "Corporate Veil." This enabled business to hire children, and pay them pennies; and to employ men and women during their peak years, make lots of money on their labor and expertise, and then discard them when their age makes their loyalty a burden instead of a source of profit. When the laborers balked at having their whole existence contained in company towns, with high rents and company stores with high prices, and with their most personal affairs subject to scrutiny by company officials, such as by the Pullman Company, which owned Pullman, Illinois, the Federal and state governments joined the companies in lockstep; on the pretense of delivering the mail, the President sent in Federal Troops to break the strike of the workers of the Pullman Car Co. In Colorado, there were episodes of men, women and children being massacred, for daring to strike, by Federal troops and National Guardsmen. Even though this is considered illegal now, the underlying attitudes remain, which have caused untold suffering few choose to acknowledge.

This is not to indict the Christian religion, but it does cast some doubt on the sincerity of the leaders of all the mass social institutions -- church, state, schools, corporations, unions, media -- because none of them have addressed the issues dealing with the happiness of the American people. These leaders are in a position to stop the rampant corruption pulling the nation apart, because everything they do or touch turns into headlines. They could help, if they were moved to do so; but they are entrusted with such high profile roles precisely because they can be counted on NOT TO ROCK THE BOAT. When one gets so heady as to lose his senses, and tell the people that the emperor has no clothes, like Jerry ("Governor Moonbeam") Brown, he is immediately discredited by media complicitors, who cause doubts about the truth of his statements. The problem for America is that Governor Moonbeam was the ONLY candidate who told the truth: CORRUPTION IS AMERICA'S NO.# 1 PROBLEM. The proof is in the way the Democratic Party establishment handled him when he brought it out, because the same people who closed him out were THE INSIDERS who, along with the Republican insiders, run the whole system, and are the guilty parties. GUILTY PARTIES, as in responsible for riding the American people into the poorhouse.

It is not actually patriotic to support the Federal Government, or the state or local governments. These governments are not only doing a lousy job, the people running them are cynically using their positions to become rich, to climb the social ladder, and get into the social registry. They believe in a dog-eat-dog version of reality, which they have imposed on the rest of us by forcing us to protect ourselves from our own government!

It may be hard to accept that the Republic is NOT American, that it cold-bloodedly causes harm TO Americans, and turns its back on our most heartfelt pleas for mercy, but the sooner one comes to grips with this reality, the better for all of us. This is because the people have to act together. We have to realize that the Federal, state and local governments have used the crime issue to cause us to TURN ON EACH OTHER, (this does not include real crimes, like murder, theft, burglary, arson, rape, assault or battery, which obviously NEED to be punished). We have to learn the difference -- for ourselves, as individuals -- between real crimes, and deliberate attempts to manipulate our best instincts. The reason is that our survival is at stake. Like the Nazis, whose intent was to annihilate the Jewish race, the Federal Government's intent is to use the American Nation until the host cannot support the parasite. When the host dies, those living beings that live beyond that point in time will be SURVIVORS, people who were not supposed to live. Remember that this is integral to the way American politicians think. When the Social Security system was started by FDR, as the heralded safety net for senior Americans, eligibility was deliberately set at 65 years of age when the average life expectancy at the time of enactment was 57 years. If you are collecting Social Security, you have defied the odds; you were not expected to live so long. Even though you paid IN your money, the Government accepted it NOT EXPECTING to meet its part of the bargain. In the law, this is called dealig in BAD FAITH. If you do business with a concern that takes your money, and FAILS to deliver value as represented (like insurance companies), you are a victim. If once you know better, and you do it anyway, you are a complicitor in your own victimization. It is like supplying the gun to your own robber. You are NOT MORALLY OBLIGED TO DO SO.

America is at a crossroads. The nation's survival is being pitted against the survival of the Federal Government bureaucracy, and if the Feds win, we will die. All of us, black and white, hispanic and asian, ALL OF US. If we fail to oppose it, it will work us into premature graves from exhaustion, alcoholism and bitterness over lost opportunity. If we FIGHT IT, it will seek to imprison us, mocking our belief in our own freedom, and ultimately, it will try to kill us, and the police are allowed to kill us in the line of duty. In order to survive, we must BREAK IT! This will take a genuine community effort. It will require EVERYONE, especially the rank and file employees of all levels of government, and the corporations. This is to admit that we are pitted against ourselves. That we are killing ourselves. The gangs are not someone elses kids, they are OUR kids! The serial molester isn't someone elses son, he's our own homegrown child, the product of our society; of the real values we act on, not the values we give lip service to. But we won't get a hold of this problem as long as the political system profits from human suffering.

The American Nation is the living generation of human beings who call America "home," and we are entitled by customery law to enjoy privacy, and to run our own lives, in defiance of the Constitution and the Federal Government. The people who are involved in Government "service" are not performing public service. The mass institutions divide the loyalties of individuals against their own families, by actively sowing seeds of distrust and suspicion among the ethnic communities of America. The ruling class hopes to see these poor groups fight each other, rather than unite to fight them, the Rulers. (The Rulers are not the people in government; they are the billionaires who own the industries of whole regions, and control the lives of millions of people, who transmit the source of their power -- their property -- by inheritance. According to the rules of private property, these rulers are much more absolutist than the most powerful medieval European king, and as billionaires, they live outside the regular "legal system" the rest of society answers to).

The Federal and state and local governments are actually grim adult games, and the rules of the game are those laid out in the so-called Constitution. More importantly, the players (in contrast to the rank and file), are obsessed by these rules, beyond the limits of reason or prudence, to the point of causing suffering with no remorse; which illustrates a full-blown anti-social psychopathic condition. This means that REASON ALONE will not persuade them to stop their depraved activities. It means that their victims must unite, and act as ONE FORCE, to withdraw all financial and moral support from the politicians and bureaucrats. IT MEANS WE HAVE TO GO ON STRIKE!

We have to learn S-O-L-I-D-A-R-I-T-Y, and we must all gain the courage to PAY NO TAX. It comes down to NON-COOPERATION, NON-COMPLIANCE and OPEN DEFIANCE, without resort to violence, except in blatant cases of self-defense. (Of course, it's a CRIME to defend yourself from the government or police... survival, remember?) This is not an ordinary day, we are being taxed, fined and imprisoned in record numbers by our own Government, which seeks to strip us of our ancient human rights by using the law as an offensive weapon.

The people need to confront the monster in their midst, and tame it, or it will eat them alive. This is not a call to fight and die, it's a call for JUSTICE. We must meet the enemy inside ourselves. We may enjoy delusions of a perfect America, of typical "Brady Bunch" suburban families, but they never existed except on television and in the movies. We cannot pray for a future based on a past that never existed. Before there was a General Motors to cater and pander to, the Federal Government enriched railroad corporations, (Abe Lincoln's employer before he became President); and before that, there were the plantations, and commercial and speculative ventures of the Founding Fathers themselves. The Republic will NEVER serve the people because it's structurally designed to exploit them. Only a NEW government based on traditional law can give us CHANGE for a positive future that is not so extreme that it destroys the society. Anything short of the creation of a new government will be compromised by the same bureaucrats who are the cause of the current desperate need for change.

American people have to look at the truth square in the face, and be repulsed by what is genuinely repulsive and evil in the Federal Government of the Republic. We must allow ourselves to be moved by the gruesome facts, and refuse to be sidetracked by inconsequential issues thrown up by the politicians, to deflect attention from their wanton corruption and mismanagement. THERE IS NO MORE TIME! We, the people, cannot pay them MORE money, or work longer OR harder to support their champagne- caviar-and-limousine lifestyle; NOT WHEN WE, THE AMERICAN PEOPLE, MUST SUFFER AND SACRIFICE!

Since all the pleas for mercy seem to fall on deaf ears, there is only ONE ANSWER:

C-I-V-I-L D-I-S-O-B-E-D-I-E-N-C-E.

Anything short of passive resistance will be doomed to failure. The only thing that will cause genuine CHANGE is MASS ACTION, and the masses are mainly moved by moral issues, as well as starvation. But the most critical point is that the Federal Government cannot put all 250 million Americans in jail, and that is the kind of solidarity we must discover to save ourselves. Alone, they will pick us off one by one; together we can force the Republic to capitulate, and we must go forward and demand UNCONDITIONAL SURRENDER.

The times call upon us to answer the appeal of the Nationalist opposition, to put the national interest first, and recognize that the Federal Republic's priorities put commerce ahead of American people as a national interest. The Nationalists support the restoration of the unwritten constitution of the kingdom that is within the American common law, and that is integral to it. The Nationalist Manifesto has established the Regency of the United States under the authority of the royalist pretender, born from a family dedicated to public service since 1000 B.C., when David, the Regent's ancestor, was anointed as the King of Israel. The House of David has proven that it has the moral force to guide the Nation, by a succession of kings and princes; and a prophet so renown that half the Earth sings his praises!

ONLY THE REGENT has guaranteed by written and published legal declarations that upon the restoration of legitimate legal institutions -- such as the American Crown -- and the subsequent re- constitution of a legitimate order of government, that he will break the back of the Internal Revenue Service (the IRS), and scatter it into the wind. Only the royalists promise with any tangible evidence to STOP TAXING YOUR INCOME. And only the royalist Nationalist movement guarantees to employ the national wealth -- the enormous treasure now enriching transnational corporations with the oil, timber, land, gold, silver and minerals of the American people -- to the benefit of Americans. Only the royalists stand for the Nation, for the people of America! The Democrats and the Republicans have presided over the despoilment of their own native country. They have turned us against each other, and they have ransacked us, and every time we manage to appeal to the supreme executive, the President of the Republic, it is to a different man!

The Regent guarantees free elections in a new constitutional monarchy governed by the traditions and law that give form to our values as a culture. This is necessary in order to preserve our cherished heritage of individual political freedom. The Republicans and Democrats, under the Regime of the Republic -- all propaganda aside -- offer us MORE OF THE SAME CORRUPT POLITICS, shuffled up so that we cannot isolate blame on the exact principals actively destroying the fabric of our society. The Regent, Marc Eric Ely-Chaitlin of the House of David, traditional Chief of Ely, is the living symbol of national resistance to the corrupt and collapsing Federal Republic. He is the living hope of the nation. Through the good offices of the Regent, and the traditional NATION OF AMERICA, the American people can make a smooth transition to a responsible form of government, with the HIGHEST PRIORITY accorded to human rights and humanitarian requirements. But without the Regent, there will ONLY be a continuation of the corruption of the Republic. THERE WILL BE NO END TO THE EXACTIONS because the politicians and the bureaucrats all believe that we are not paying them enough money! They think that we're holding out on them, "CHEATING" them of money they fully intend to take from us.

No political party can get us out of this mess; only a changed constitutional arrangement can break through the stalemate of gridlocked politics. A constitutional change that is supported by the total nation in a state of passive resistance, ready to go to jail, to FILL the jails in the NAME OF MORALITY. We MUST defy the Government, and violate its immoral rules that make it illegal to feed the poor, or house the homeless, or conduct business that feeds our children, and which causes no one harm. The jails and prisons are already full of people who were entrapped and lured into political crimes by unscrupulous police and district attorneys; and who were additionally defamed by an unscrupulous and venal media. Jail is not pleasant -- it is a fascist paradise operated by the paramilitary police forces without civilian oversight for far too long -- but if it is ALL the Government can threaten us with, to cause us to give up our God given heritage of individual freedom, THEN IT IS NOTHING! Jail can provide us with the solitary time to meditate, to consider our own involvement in the deterioration of the social fabric; to find peace with God. More than one great human being has been put in jail for doing the RIGHT THING, and until government is restored as a legitimate institution -- instead of a pariah -- it will remain the inevitable outcome of GOOD men and women following their hearts.

Individuals must become resolute that the BUCK STOPS HERE! When an innocent man goes to jail, to provide statistics for illogical campaigns that only exemplify the politicalization of crime and punishment, it is done in the name of the people; it is done in OUR NAME! When a father dies from stress and exhaustion from being overworked and underpaid, denying a wife of her husband, and children of their father, to pay the exorbitant politically set prices of mortgages, utilities and taxes, those people who caused his death operate IN OUR NAME! Evil prevails when good people do nothing...

AN ACTION WE CAN TAKE is to PAY NO TAX. If enough of us refuse to give the Government our money, they won't be able to pay the police to arrest us! If we refuse to pay our mortgages to bank corporations, the banks won't have police to turn to, to evict us; and neighborhoods could unite under mutual defense associations -- well-organized militias -- to make sure that any goons sent out by the banks are turned away without incident. These militias are already being set up to fight the gangs, in the absence of success by the police to confront gang violence. WE CAN TAKE OUR COUNTRY BACK, STREET BY STREET, IF WE CAN PUT ASIDE OUR DIFFERENCES AND COME TOGETHER.

To drive home our point that we intend to have a NEW government, we must all go out on a General Strike, and the country must be brought to a halt. No trucks transporting goods; no imports or exports being loaded or unloaded; no cashiers to collect money in stores, banks or restaurants; no clerks; no secretaries; no taxis; NO BUSINESS! No factories making toasters or bombs. All the "flunkies" will go on a self-declared holiday, IN SUPPORT OF THE REGENT, who has issued a decree making it illegal for any employer to fire any worker who joins the General Strike. (After the General Strike has succeeded, any employer bold enough to violate the Regent's order would be prosecuted).

Of course, this sounds simple, but in reality the real issues ARE simple: THEY NEED OUR MONEY! To maintain even the slightest illusion of popular consent and participation in the political system, and not admit openly that the political system is a parasite on the body politic, as a command economy, revenues from the taxes MUST CONTINUE TO FILL THEIR COFFERS. This is why people in high places get nervous when masses intelligently act in concert to withhold money from them... That is why they get so serious when people talk about NOT paying taxes; that is when they threaten us with PUNISHMENT! That is when all pretenses of law and justice, friendship and community, melt away into the iron menace of JAIL, PRISONS and FINES! The same civil servant who was so chummy -- like our long lost brother -- upon the recognition that we intend to DARE to defy the Government, becomes our worst enemy, our worst nightmare. He gained our confidence AS A FRIEND, and learned our every weakness to exploit them against us. This brings us to the truth of life: that a true enemy is better than a false friend!

If we stay the course, and keep to the HIGH ROAD (meaning, no terrorism; no bombs; no violence; no killing), and consistently REFUSE to pay money to MENACING INSTITUTIONS, we will pay for our temporary inconvenience with PERMANENT REFORMS: TRUE, AUTHENTIC CHANGE. Initially, waves of arrests almost certainly will take place, with strong rhetoric about what would be tolerated; but inevitably, the Federal, state and local governments would IN FACT run out of money and morale (In a police state, the fastest way to deflate the morale of police is to NOT PAY THEM MONEY. No one does anything for the Government or Corporations, when they aren't going to get paid. Even Oliver North got PAID. NOTHING IS DONE IN THE SPIRIT OF PUBLIC SERVICE... EXCEPT THE REGENCY).

Those who continue to pay taxes should be targeted as unpatriotic Americans: traitors. They are providing money and materiel, to pay for the police who will come to arrest their neighbors, who refuse to be represented by an illegal, fundamentally evil Government, an atheistic Republic borne on the backs of slaves. In the old days, royalists were "tarred and feathered." Since this is portrayed in "history classes" across America by so-called "teachers" as an almost harmless prank, it would seem ironically appropriate that traitors who endanger their fellow countrymen by GIVING RESOURCES TO THE ENEMIES OF GOD AND MAN -- taxes to the Republic -- should suffer the same harmless fun.

We must find the inner strength and courage to STAND ON OUR PRINCIPLES. It is the least we can do for the next generation. In fact, we're obliged to do it. Look at the mess OUR fathers and grandfathers left US with! THE BUCK STOPS HERE... Think about your children, or your brother or sister's children, or your friend's children; think about all the children in America, and the world. They are OUR children, and they will learn from us. They will take their place in this same world, as adults, imitating the role models they look to for cues. If we do not act, what will those children think when the Federal Government sticks its guns in their faces, to take their money? WHAT WILL THEY THINK OF US? Another generation of pushovers who got in bed with evil, to pass it off onto them? Spineless jellyfish who meekly hand over their money to people who not only intended to take our money, but the money of our children, AND OUR CHILDREN'S CHILDREN! We have the power -- IN OUR GRASP -- to give the children of America FREEDOM! If we do not take this opportunity, will we ever sleep peacefully again, or be able to look at ourselves in a mirror?

On April 15th, ask yourself:

WHAT HAS THE FEDERAL GOVERNMENT DONE FOR ME?

A Message from the American Monarchist Movement

by AlvarezGalloso @ 2007-07-21 - 16:19:13

Americans are brought up wholly under the influence of the republic, so we are not inclined to appreciate the subtle nuances of American law and custom. American schools portray the country as having overthrown the monarchy of the colonies through the Revolution. But, in fact, the Revolution was an illegal conspiracy that had illegal aims - the overthrow of the constitutional government - which in law could accomplish only one feat: the deposition of the reigning king, but not the repeal of the ancient constitution of the native kingdom.

Americans are raised steeped in the mythology of the republic: that it gave the American people "freedom." The truth, however, is that the American people already possessed freedom, because in fact, due to the existence and operation of the ancient constitution, Americans are BORN free, and the very notion that the right to freedom was "inalienable" indicated that this birthright could never be removed from them.

The Kingdom of the United States of America is the original, traditional form of the American Nation, which the American people inherited from the Mother Country, the United Kingdom of Great Britain, and its unwritten constitution. The very act of writing a "constitution" as a charter for the new republic was intended for the purpose of narrowing the birthright of the people, not enhancing it. In the Constitution of 1787 the Founding Fathers never mention the rights of the American people; but they very explicitly enumerated the powers that would be vested in the three branches of government, which they invented.

The most striking evidence of the intentions of the Founding Fathers can be found in the inaugural oath of the President of the republic, who is sworn to protect and defend NOT the American people, but the clauses of the Constitution of 1787, from all enemies "foreign and domestic." In contrast, the ancient coronation oath of Anglo-American kings bound the king by his sacred oath to "govern the people (of the kingdom)… according to the statutes of parliament… and the laws and customs (of the land)," and to use his power to "cause law and justice in mercy to be executed" in all his judgments. The difference here is that the President has a duty to protect the republic from its enemies, including American nationals, where a lawful king is duty bound to observe the ancestral rights of all the people of the nation ("the laws and customs" of the nation).

What is not comprehended by modern Americans is the centrality of slavery to the Founding Fathers' motivations in their subversion of the lawful government. Far from being a trivial reality of Revolutionary times, slavery was a central factor in causing the Revolution. The perpetuation of slavery, especially upon the establishment of the republic, involved the institution of a police state, a fact which is completely neglected in the education of American youth.

The preservation of slavery involved the constant attention of slaveowners, who were pressed to be on guard against conspiracies among the slaves around the clock, and who were able to call on the local government to provide back-up police power for the enforcement of laws that protected slaveowners. Ironically, the republic that now claims to bestow freedom upon the American people, once refused to grant a slave his freedom on the grounds that it would deprive his slavemaster of his rights to due process!

Slavery involved the actual repression of an entire people, not by mere threats of punishment, but by constant armed patrols roaming the countryside on the look-out for runaway slaves, constant oversight by managers, and the carrying out of demonstrations of the violence slavemasters were WILLING to engage in to suppress the slaves, by making disobedient or reluctant slaves into examples through beatings, whippings and even murder, all of which are classic examples of rule by terrorism.

The controversy over slavery in the United States is also limited by the idea that slavery was largely restricted to "the South." The notion of "the South" is a post-Civil War construct, which does not accurately reflect the fact that at the time of the Revolution, slavery was a legal institution through-out America. (In fact, at the time of the Civil War there were over a thousand slaves in the North.) Looking at any map of the original thirteen colonies, the division into north and south places Washington, D.C. in "the South," which also put about two-thirds of the country in "the South."

This grim reality is deliberately played down by American schools, where the historic record is falsified by claims that the intent of the slavemasters who founded the republic was not to preserve their privileges, but to create a "free society." Nothing could be further from the truth. The Founding Fathers were, in fact, firmly and openly opposed to all notions of equality or democracy, which can be found in abundance in their actual writings and diaries. What Americans learn in school are not the real facts of the Revolutionary era, but the interpretations of those facts by modern "scholars," who have a vested interest in perpetuating the institutions of the republic on a bed of lies, because those very institutions give them prestige.

The litany of the republic is that the American people are "free" due to it; that their civil rights are a gift from the Founding Fathers, due to the so-called "Bill of Rights." This is an outright declaration that the rights of Americans are not inalienable as a birthright, but are the product of the politics of the republic. The notion that the American people are free due to the Constitution of 1787 is an outright fraud. The freedom of the people devolves from a thousand years of case law, whereby magistrates and parliaments of the nation recognized in precedent after precedent that the people are born with their rights as a result of the ancient principles of the folkright. The ancient constitution of the kingdom is not the source of the civil rights of the people of the nation, but is instead a consequence of the pre-existence of those rights in the people.

The folkright was originally the product of the settlement of England by various Germanic tribes, each of which had its own laws and customs. The idea that the king would govern by folkright derived from the evolution of a single king of all Englishmen, who was duty bound to govern each people according to its own laws and customs. Thus the Kentishmen were governed by the laws of Kent, and the people of Wessex would be governed by the laws of Wessex, until the Norman Conquest forcefully unified the whole country, leading to the ev
