Retroceso en el Continente Americano

by AlvarezGalloso @ 2007-11-30 - 14:50:33

DROGBA, CHELSEA, & ROSENBORG [EN] [ES]

by AlvarezGalloso @ 2007-11-30 - 03:30:04

DROGBA, CHELSEA, & ROSENBORG

Roberto managed to see some of the game and felt happy with Chelsea’s Victory. It seems as though Chelsea has been recidivated after undergoing agony in the wake of “The Great One’s” Departure.

Drogba stunned Rosenborg and the game was never the same. Regardless, Chelsea winning was like being in heaven on earth. It proves that the verse from Steve Miller’s Song “Jet Airliner” was right. Steve Miller sang: “You have to go through hell before you get to heaven”. Chelsea has just arrived at heaven for now.

More on FA Select

by AlvarezGalloso @ 2007-11-29 - 16:41:23

Roberto,

Thanks for your interest & initiative in taking this forward.

Just for your information, the anticipated principal objection to this idea working in the real world is finding a manager who would be happy to have his starting eleven picked for him. Most would say that they defy to find any of the world's chief tacticians & coaches who will want to surrender that duty.

My response to this is that they are not managing a club side. The coach who would eventually be appointed would adher to the system being in place. It would stretch his technical nous & capabilities to the utmost but the element of picking the starting eleven is secondary.

Look at the calibre & experience of a coach like Terry Venables taking instruction from a man with less experience. He did it because he wanted & loved to be involved in the England set up. He was asked to come on board not to pick the team but to apport his expertise & tactical nous.It was an honour to serve his country. The FA should only be concerned in appointing a top class football coach that is able to lead, inspire, motivate & prepare a starting eleven to win any match within a 22 man squad that the coach will be selecting any way. These players are supposedly the cream of all players in the country so if any of these players are not able to respond & perform to the coaches directives & mental preparation then they shouldn't be there i.The selection of the final 11 to play is not the determining factor between a team winning or losing. The coach that would be appointed & worth his immense pay packet should be able to make a winning team from any final eleven selected & any tactical permutation within the 22.It is the coaches ability to lead once selection has taken place & mentally prepare the players to go out & win. This directive alone should separate who are the best coaches out there. Manager's egos are secondary to the importance of the national team & paying public's choice.

Best regards,

David Woodland

CPI [M] KILLINGS IN NANDIGRAM

by AlvarezGalloso @ 2007-11-29 - 16:40:55

According to Merinews [an Electronic Magazine in India] and the BBC, The Communist Government of West Bengal has been involved in a massacre of people in the southwest Calcutta Suburb of Nandigram.

People have protested the killings including intellectuals. The response of the Communist Party of India [M] Government of West Bengal was to attempt to kill the film director Aparna Sen or at least use scare tactics to prevent her from entering film festivals in Calcutta. Her “crime” was organizing the protests against the killings in Nandigram.

It must be remembered that India currently has a Congress Party/Communist Party of India Coalition Government. The Central Government in India has taken an interest in the case because of the coalition government and because India has said it would not tolerate “states within states”.

While the junior partners of the West Bengal Government lead by the Communist Party of India [M] states that the Communist Party of India [M] should be held responsible, the junior partners should be held responsible for their inaction up to the present time.

Masacre Comunista en Nandigram

by AlvarezGalloso @ 2007-11-29 - 16:38:03

Phillies at 12% in scientific national poll in USA

by AlvarezGalloso @ 2007-11-29 - 16:33:16

Several weeks ago, Phillies 2008 paid for a national poll. The
telephone
survey of 1000 Likely Voters was conducted by Pulse Opinion Research on

November 8 and 11, 2007. Pulse Opinion Research, LLC is an independent
public opinion research firm using automated polling methodology and
procedures licensed from Rasmussen Reports, LLC.

We asked about a two-candidate race and a three-candidate race. To
simulate voting conditions in November 2008, we supplied each voter
with
the candidate's political party and a few of their key campaign
promises. For Hillary Clinton and Rudy Giuliani, we took their stands
from their web sites. Among other questions, we asked:

1) In thinking about the next Presidential election, suppose you had a
choice between Republican Rudy Giuliani, who promises to cut taxes and
win the war on terror and Democrat Hillary Clinton, who promises to
strengthen the middle class and provide universal health care. If the
election were held today would you vote for Republican Rudy Giuliani or

Democrat Hillary Clinton?

2) Okay…suppose you had a choice between Republican Rudy Giuliani,
Democrat Hillary Clinton and Libertarian George Phillies, who promises
to end the War in Iraq, secure the borders and restore civil rights.
If
the election were held today would you vote for Republican Rudy
Giuliani, Democrat Hillary Clinton or Libertarian George Phillies?

And the outcomes:
Question 1:
Giuliani 39%
Clinton 48%
Some other candidate 9%
Not Sure 4%

Question 2:
Giuliani 34%
Clinton 41%
Phillies 12%
Some other candidate 7%
Not Sure 6%

Phillies comments on his poll

"That's a polling result unprecedented in the history of Libertarian
Presidential politics.

I'm polling in two digits.

Why is this happening? It's obviously not my trillion dollar ad
campaign. It's certainly not my handsome looks. No, it has to be the
Phillies 2008 issues: end the War in Iraq, secure the borders, and
restore civil rights.

First, some details from the demographic breakdowns, then what we need
to do to make this happen.

Demographics: I get 19% of the 19-29 year old vote. In the race
breakdown, I get 21% of the black vote and 15% of the 'other' vote.

Rumors that we are the rich conservative Republican clones are
rejected:
I get 6% of the Republican vote and 10% of the Democratic vote. I
get 10% of liberals and conservatives, and 17% of moderates. I draw more
from Clinton that from Giuliani. And I do best (24% in that group)
among the poorest (under $20,000 a year).

Twelve per cent? Is that result actually possible next November?

That poll question assumes voters know my name and a few stands. We
need to make that happen. To make it happen, we need to do two things: We
have to get my name out before the voters. We have to get my issues
out before the voters. Thanks to the internet, WE CAN DO THIS! It's not free, but it's not impossible any more.

Could another libertarian do the same? It depends. I'm old enough to
remember watching on television when President Eisenhower sent the
Paratroops to Little Rock to desegregate the schools.

A libertarian who talks about "states rights", the imagined right of an individual state
to take away your rights--like your right to vote when your skin is the
wrong color--is for sure not getting 21% of the black vote. A candidate
who supports torture, and who opposes letting gay couples adopt or
servicewomen pay for abortions with their own money, is not going to
get young people, not once his opponents start talking about his issues.

This poll shows that my campaign's message resonates with the voters.
Can the other candidates make that claim?

According to the US Soccer Foundation, David Beckham is sponsoring the FC Harlem in an attempt to empower the youths of Harlem and provide an alternative to the gangs and drugs that exist in Inner City Neighbourhoods in America. David Beckham deserves to be made Sports Personality of the Year.

Republicans are a Disgrace

by AlvarezGalloso @ 2007-11-29 - 03:55:23

The Republicans are doing their debate on live television with polls predicting who will win what against the Democrats and in places such as Iowa and New Hampshire.

As with the Democrats, the Republican Debate is a disgrace and a waste of time in which politicians who pretend they are something they are not. Many have accused each others using personal problems as a basis for their accusations.

As a result, the majority of the people of the USA have turned off the Republican Debate and the Democratic Debate. Both parties are disconnected from the daily realities that affect the lives of the people of the USA.

The Republicans and the Democrats sound more like the same people talking the same talk and forcing people to accept their way of life which is lies, lies, and more lies. The Republicans and Democrats have with their debates promoted hatred and have closed the doors to all forms of alternative politics.

The Republicans and Democrats talk about liberty and fighting terrorism while alternative political parties are suppressed by archaic election laws and other forms of discrimination enshrined in laws. Terrorism exists at home with the death of an NFL [American Football] Player for the Washington Redskins being killed by a person trying to rob his house.

Terrorism exists in the USA with gangs killing each others in cities such as Detroit and Cleveland, with hate crimes increasing because of the same polarization of the Republican and Democratic Elite.

The Health Care System in the USA is in ruins because of the excess laws by the Republicans and Democrats that have interfered with the relationship between a patient and their providers. Instead, the patient has to deal with Insurance Companies.

The School System is in ruins as well and serve as testimony to what can go wrong when the State interferes with Education.

People go to die in wars such as Iraq and Afghanistan for almost no reason except to satisfy the whims of a Republican and Democratic Elite that believes minorities and other people are expendable.

The Republicans and Democrats are also practicing the art of Monarchy dressed as a Republic. At that rate, maybe the USA should be a monarchy. Yet I refuse to accept the corruption, destitution and nepotism inherent in the American Republic.

The alternative is the Party of Freedom, Love, Equality, and Respect. The Party is the Libertarian Party.

LOVE / AMOR

by AlvarezGalloso @ 2007-11-29 - 03:54:34

There have been reports in various stations about the Demonstration by University Students in Cuba asking for autonomy from the Communist Party.

At the same time, Venezuelan Students are marching against proposals by Chavez and Company to make Chavez an absolute monarch in Venezuela. The students deserve our support.

Remember the song by the Beatles which is synonymous with freedom: "ALL YOU NEED IS LOVE"

Cuba after Castro

by AlvarezGalloso @ 2007-11-28 - 21:59:23

For Cuba to be a free and prosperous country, it will take the attitude of Cubans in Cuba and outside of Cuba. The people of Cuba have been victims of nearly 50 years of the ego and crimes of one man. They of course chose this way as well. They allowed themselves to be manipulated by a man who is a puppet of Russia [before the USSR] and the Republicans and Democrats.

For Cuba to be free, this cardinal truth must be revealed. The USA and USSR were looking for more territory to use for their Cold War. The USSR [now Russia] was looking for a beachhead and the USA was looking for cheap professional labour since there was a shortage of professionals and workers. After all, the White Anglo-Saxons and their elite called Republicans and Democrats did not want to do the work of recently emancipated African Americans and other groups they decimated.

Fidel Castro fit the bill perfectly including those who harboured hatred and resentment. The rest is history. Churches were destroyed, lives were destroyed by the firing squad, prison, torture, exile, wars in Africa [supposedly to maintain Communist Regimes in Africa but in reality to keep an eye on the interests of the oil companies and Wall Street], wars in Latin America. What else happened? The Mariel Boat lift was filled with Convicts and Delinquents by orders of Castro and Carter to make the Cuban Community look bad.

Who could not forget how in 1967, Los Pacificos [The Peacemakers] were arrested for doing a rock concert in Cuba. They received justice with the John Lennon Peace Award but it was too late.

The worst that happened was that Castro with the support of his people [and the US Authorities] destroyed the soul of a nation probably for good. What Castro did was also destroy the soul of the American Continent. There is now ethnic, racial, and class hatred of an unseen scale and could place the American Continent [including Cuba, the USA, and Venezuela] in a scale as Europe during World War II.

Personally, I do not think I will visit Cuba either now or in the future. Castro, the Republicans, and Democrats destroyed such concepts. I hope that when Castro dies, he takes with him all of the demagogues such as Ortega [Nicaragua], Chavez [Venezuela], Morales [Bolivia], and the Republican/Democrat Elite in the USA. Because the Communists [Chavez, Ortega, Castro, Morales] and their Republicans/Democrats are the true terrorists of the world.

In closing, I will never forget how I tell the Republicans and Democrats that I want to see them accompanying the Communists on their way to the dustbin of history. Wayne Smith [one of the Ex Chiefs of the Cuban Interest Sections] heard my comments during an interview with the BBC [The BBC Had an Open Air Forum] and he stated: "Get this Independent Off The Air". It seems as though the old fashioned Cold War Vestige could not tolerate a little Independence.

Reponse to Mc Laren and FA [David Woodland]

by AlvarezGalloso @ 2007-11-28 - 03:12:10

I wrote an article about Mc Laren and the FA. One of the representatives of FA Select has responded to my article and suggestion. His name is David Woodland and I am giving him time to explain the concept of FA Select.

I found your article particularly poignant especially the last sentence. With that in mind, I would like to make you aware of our project FA Select (reg.)which I first introduced to the FA at their headquarters in Soho Square in 2005.

The elimination of England in UEFA Euro 2008 has had a massive impact domestically & had reverberations worldwide. The whole structure of English International football has been shaken & that’s why, more than ever in the history of the game, it’s essential to get it right now. The appointment of a new manager, however talented, no matter what his experience is not enough to address the problems that exist. In their analysis the FA should really question the wisdom of pursuing the same course of waving a magic wand & simply appointing a new man for the job. It’s a proven policy that is perpetually hazardous not only damaging to the game but altogether alienating the fans.

The FA has to step up in such a way to create a bright new way forward. For that they have to have the vision, set the course, be innovative, bold & brave, impervious to perceived reaction or their future & the future of the game is in the balance. Right now, there is a colossal gulf of confidence, trust & respect existing between the FA & the English football fan, their paying public. I believe that FA Select, properly presented, can bridge that gulf.

FA Select (reg.) is a bold innovative idea that would catapult the image of The FA & potentially put back English football at the forefront of world soccer. To summarise, the project works around the idea that the selection of the National team (starting 11& subs) is decided by the FANS. All other areas of responsibility remain as they are in the FA, with specialists in each role sharing responsibility, rather than trying to find the perfect man for all. There are formidable coaches who could quite easily adapt to a fresh new format that is “rolled out” to them. It’s engaging the fans with the team & the country at a whole new emotional level & has the potential capability & enormous critical mass appeal to restore the great name & integrity of English football.

Not only would this project be giving something back to the fans, implementing such a system would generate massive financial rewards for the Football Association as you can see from the website.

On the face of it, it would be easy to discard or discredit this as another wild & wacky idea with no substance. There has been a lot of work & thought involved in this.Without stating that the system is flawless it is workable & potentially exciting. What is needed are decision makers brave enough to assimilate it & take it forward.

Please visit www.faselect.co.uk to access the website, an example of how the concept could function.

I’d be very interested to hear your thoughts & comments considering you as a true fan of english football.

Best regards,

David Woodland.

INFLACION EN ZIMBABWE/INFLATION IN ZIMBABWE

by AlvarezGalloso @ 2007-11-27 - 21:30:04

According to the Government of Mugabe, Zimbabwe’s Inflation is between 8000% to 10000%. According to the International Monetary Fund, Zimbabwe’s Inflation could be at 100000%. To counter this, Mugabe’s Government innaugurated the Baccosis Funds in the hope that some basic goods can return to the shops. Yet the funds may end up like the highest denomination Zimbabwean Dollar Bill. [A Temporary Cure to a Gangrenous Economy].

Questions for John Bolton

by AlvarezGalloso @ 2007-11-27 - 21:27:20

The BBC is going to interview former US Ambassador to the UN John Bolton. The BBC invited people to submit their questions. In case Mr. Bolton does not receive Roberto's questions, here are the questions he planned to ask Mr. Bolton:

Mr. Bolton:

1. What is the USA doing in the UN when money going to the UN could help victims of Katrina?

2. With what legitimacy does the Republicans and Democratic Elite in Washington have in "exporting democracy" when the Libertarians and Greens are repressed with complex election laws, and job losses.

3. Did Bush restore Chavez and prop up Castro in order to invade Iraq and make plans to invade Iran?

I ask you these questions as a concerned US Citizen.

Washington Redskins & Sean Taylor

by AlvarezGalloso @ 2007-11-27 - 21:26:32

For the Washington Redskins, I would like to express my condolences to you and to the family of Sean Taylor for his tragic death.

Sean Taylor will always be remembered not just for his NFL Career with the Washington Redskins, he will be remembered as a caring father and a humanitarian who has done a lot to help his neighbourhood.

At the present time, the City of Miami Florida is in mourning. I myself feel the pain and the anger at the loss of such a promising life and career of one of the greatest in football.

Chelsea & FA [EN] [ES]

by AlvarezGalloso @ 2007-11-27 - 20:39:36

The FA has decided to charge Chelsea again for antiprofessional behaviour. The victim is Essien who was expelled from the game after pushing Miller [Derby Striker] in the face. This is the second misconduct charge by the FA this season. It is also a travesty of justice.

After carefully reviewing the games, Roberto has decided that Chelsea and Essien received an unfair deal from an association that does not know how to pick coaches for the National Team. Chelsea and Essien are NOT Guilty of Anti Professional Behaviour. Chelsea and Essien are victims of a vendetta by the FA.

It is also an act of injustice that Essien has to serve a three game suspension for an infraction that he did not commit. I have often wandered if Essien is being unfairly punished because of his Ghanian Citizenship and African Origins. The only exception has been Clarke who admits to using insulting words and was fined for that infraction. The rest was the result of an FA who may have had some prejudices against Chelsea and Grant.

Roberto’s Anger has been of the magnitude that he is suffering from chest pains and a migraine headache. Regardless, my chest pain and migraine headache will not deter me from denouncing this act of injustice.

Chelsea also deserves its victory.

Bush Must Resign

by AlvarezGalloso @ 2007-11-27 - 16:36:10

Maybe Bush thinks he is President of the USA but with his "election" in 2000 and 2004, the Republicans and Democrats lost all forms of legitimacy.

Bush [in the same fashion as Castro and Chavez] has usurped the US Constitution and used the events of the Twin Towers to involve the USA in a war with no end. The only end would either be the Islamic World killing all of the residents of the USA or the USA converting to Islam.

To acquire these ends, Bush crammed the Patriot Act down the throats of people. While the USA had some form of disagreements, Bush has managed to polarize America on an ethnic, ideological, and class divide. Bush and his people have managed to invent an external enemy [like Chavez and Castro] to perpetuate himself in power.

It has also been rumoured that Bush would love to see Chavez reelected indefinitely so that he could plan the same arrangement with Clinton. In other words a Bush Clinton Dynasty. Bush has also not taken chances on whether Chavez will win or not, he is already repressing the alternative parties with spies [including electronic ones], is trying to suppress alternative TV, and cracking down on the Internet.

Bush and his people have shown their traitorous behaviour by allowing African Americans to die in New Orleans Louisiana during Hurricane Katrina in 2005 while the rich were able to enjoy "the finer things in life". Bush even organized movements of people from New Orleans to other states where there have been mixed results.

The economy is in a shambles, the housing crisis is looming and people are practically killing each other in places such as Detroit.

For this and much more, Bush, the Republicans, and Democrats should be impeached and replaced by a Multiracial Multi ethnic Libertarian Green Government.

Chavez and the US Empire

by AlvarezGalloso @ 2007-11-27 - 16:35:43

While people have associated Venezuela with Cocaine. It is time to separate Venezuela [a very beautiful country] from its dictator Chavez. It is also time to expose Chavez for what he is.

Chavez is a dictator who screams imperialism and looks for an external enemy [like his masters Castro and Bush do] in order to hang on to power. Yet Chavez [with the blessings of Castro and Bush] is constructing an empire and can be more of a danger with radioactive elements in the southern parts of Venezuela being used to develop a bomb. [These are the same tactics that Castro and Bush use to bring the world to breaking point].

Chavez won only one election in 1998. He was elected by the majority of the people of Venezuela and with contributions from a Spanish Bank called BBV [in violation of Venezuelan Election Laws]. Since then, he has used his intelligence and his friends in La Habana and Washington to remain in power. In 2002, during the spontaneous uprising; Bush and Castro protested at this "violation of democracy" even though both have committed the same atrocities. It was in 2002 that Castro and Bush restored Chavez to the Presidency. Castro wanted to export his revolution and Bush needed cheap professional labour.

In 2004, the followers and officials of Chavez's Party met with followers and members of the Republican Party in West Palm Beach Florida to purchase electronic voting machines. They agreed to use these machines to commit fraud and it happened.

Right now, there is the possibility that Chavez may or may not win his life term "reform". It is hoped that people wake up [including those in Venezuela] to what is happening before the American Continent is placed in the same predicament as Europe was before and during World War II.

I hope one day for Christmas to receive the news that the Cold War Vestiges of Communists, Republicans, and Democrats are overthrown with their leaders and followers brought before the International Court for Crimes Against Humanity.

England Coaching Saga

Van Gaal wants to be Coach of England's National Team.

He said in a an interview the following: "There are many candidates but I'm willing to do it, otherwise I would not have a clause in my contract about a head coach's job of a national team."

This was the same Van Gaal who previously refused the job when offered. Van Gaal's Declaration comes in light of the refusal of Martin O'Neill, Alan Curbishley and Sam Allardyce to become England's Next Coach. The reasons of O'Neill, Alan Curbishley and Sam Allardyce have been "out of loyalty to their clubs". Mourinho also ruled out the post since he is looking for a club instead of a national coaching job.

While the FA is not "rushing" to find a national coach, the guessing game appears more like a soap opera than something that should be taken seriously. The best for the job would be Capello or Shearer. Both appear to be serious candidates who have shown an interest in the job.
