In a latest series of articles on states that want to leave the United States, I came across a surprise. Ohio is another state that wants out of the United States by peaceful and legal means. It appears that Ohio or certain people in Ohio have seen enough of the Republicans and Democrats that they want secession.

The Ohio Republic Movement is the creation of Harold Thomas and he has been pondering the subject since 1989. The Ohio Republic is a Non Violent Movement which advocates peaceful independence from the USA. This is protected as free speech under the First Amendment.

The Ohio Republic is also Non Racial with Cultural and Economic Components which is designed to turn the state in a country in its own rights; give more powers to counties, cities, and communities to use their resources as they see fit. The Ohio Republic also wants to develop local industries which would reduce the dependence of Ohio on goods from other parts of the country and the world.

The Ohio Republic also favours restoring a sense of spirituality and community to a state that has had both decimated for many years by a Centralized Government. While this is a movement that is beginning, it will be interesting how it evolves. The readers of the article about the Ohio Republic will be informed in the future.

Personally, it is hoped that Ohio could make it on its own. I do not think that at the present time it is feasible. Ohio is not like Florida, New York, California, or even Texas with riches. Yet Vermont wants to secede and 13% support Independence so Ohio should be given an opportunity.

Michael Vick should not be allowed to go free and must make restitution to the PETA Organization and the Humane Society. Nothing is so beautiful as a dog or animal and nothing is so disgusting as an individual who mistreats animals including dogs.

Michael Vick with his NFL Credentials brought shame and humiliation to the Atlanta Falcons and the NFL. The NFL and Atlanta did the right thing in expelling Vick. Vick also did the right thing in admitting his guilt.

What is needed is Michael Vick to spend the rest of his life in jail with one hundred consecutive life sentences and manual labour. An example of the manual labour that Michael Vick could do is the work of undocumented workers so that he could learn from his crimes. If he does not learn, he should do more manual labour but receiving the same type of treatment that he gave to the dogs.

Personally, Chelsea is a great team with a great tradition. The people of Chelsea including the fans are the best. The Chelsea Nation has engulfed the world with supporters in places such as North America, and Asia. The Chelsea Nation has even included supporters such as Bill and Hillary Clinton. No wonder they named their daughter Chelsea.

I am proud to say that Chelsea is my club and to wear a cap and shirt with the Chelsea Slogan emblazoned on it.

The Football Fans in England, Scotland, Wales, Ireland, and the Isle of Man may have defects since we are all humans. But they have virtues of club loyalty, and loyalty to family. They work in various trades not only to support family but also to visit their favourite teams and go to games.
