Chelsea 2-0 Sunderland

by AlvarezGalloso @ 2007-12-09 - 17:42:33

Chelsea and Sunderland played at Stamford Bridge with the Blues surviving the Black Cats.

Initially, I was afraid since Drogba was out due to knee surgery. The first goal by Shevchenko served as a peace of tranquility followed by a second goal by Lampard on a Penalty. Shevchenko and Lampard proved themselves to be vital in functioning under pressure.

Sunderland was able to put up resistance and played great. The Black Cats were unable to leave deep cut marks in the Blues as the Blues played a game of attrition with them.

Chelsea on the other hand proved that even with Drogba injured, they were able to prove themselves worthy of advancing towards the Premier League. Chelsea did not advance because of some good luck as some of the sports announcers in the USA said. Chelsea advanced since the team is disciplined, was able to put behind them the events surrounding the departure of Mourinho, and the supporters of Chelsea at Stamford Bridge and beyond.

More Power to Chelsea.

Chelsea 2-0 Sunderland

Chelsea: 6/10
Sunderland: 4/10

Delfines en Miami/Miami Dolphins

by AlvarezGalloso @ 2007-12-09 - 17:16:57

Yahoo has declared the Miami Dolphins as the worst team of the NFL for the 2007 Season. There have been comments about the causes and I agree with them. Jimmy Johnson was the first who was there for the money followed by Dan Wanstedt, Nick Saban [some Yahoo Reporters commented that Nick Saban should be called Nick Satan] and then an unknown whose name escapes me at the moment. At the present rate, the Miami Dolphins should find a way to save themselves and then get rid of the administrative realm and find a replacement. Maybe the Miami Dolphins could take inspiration from the FA in England in finding coaches, managers, and others.
