While many people do not give thought on the purchase of toilet paper, it is time to think about it in our ever changing world. The way to start buying toilet paper in order to comply with the Kyoto Protocol is to buy the organic type. Most of the organic type is made from recycled paper and while expensive is much more useful than the conventional type.

When buying toilet paper, always look for the Organic Label to be sure that it does not have any chemicals or artificial colours. After all, a person's butt would not want to have any colouring after cleaning up. There was a case in which a person cleaned his butt and thought that his butt was bleeding. After careful examination and after he received a clean bill of health, it was discovered that the toilet paper had artificial colouring and chemicals.

We have to remember also that when toilet paper is purchased, the way to use it should be taken into account. We The People should learn from Sheryl Crow and Company. Sheryl Crow is the Rock and Folk Singer from Missouri who was famous for her rendition of "All I Want To Do Is Have Some Fun" and the Cat Stevens [excuse me] Yusuf Islam song titled: "The First Cut Is The Deepest". Sheryl Crow instructed We The People on the Proper Use of Toilet Paper by taking one small piece to clean our butts without taking into account that there are people who might want to use one or more pieces for butt cleaning. By learning how to use one small piece of toilet paper, we learn to have some fun while not feeling the deepest cut in our pocket books.

One of the football clubs that is being purchased or is at the negotiating stage is Ebbsfleet United. Ebbsfleet United is being purchased by MyFootballClub which will give We The People a say in how our football team should be governed. We should unite in this historical project which has been proposed in different occasions with success. Examples of such success has been Scarborough Athletic.

Another example of those wanting to buy Football Clubs have been the Supporters of Manchester United called MUST [Manchester United Supporters Trust] and their Phoenix Fund. MUST with their Phoenix Fund has been deserving of my admiration for wanting to regain Manchester United from the Glazers.

QUE: La ratificación dogmática de un Estado Unitario, perverso y ratero, no es parte de nuestra visión de país, ya que en sustitución del colonialismo español, las oligarquías minero-céntricas nos impusieron un modelo NEO-COLONIAL de carácter republicano, desde el momento que nuestro pueblo-nación, después haber proclamado su propia independencia nacional el 14 de febrero de 1825, fue ANEXADO y por la fuerza, al Alto Perú (luego República de Bolívar) el 6 de agosto del mismo año.

QUE: Como resultado del Referéndum Autonómico del 2 de julio del 2006, el territorio de esta pseudo-república ha quedado dividido claramente en dos parcelas políticas, étnicas y culturalmente y antagónicas; la primera, conformada por una sociedad andina que se aferra a su pasado pre-colombino, y segunda: la sociedad Camba que busca su inserción en las sociedades progresistas del siglo XXI. Por lo, tanto somos dos mundos –pero incompatibles.

QUE: la única forma de mantener la paz social, eliminar la xenofobia y el racismo estatal y buscar los equilibrios posibles y así evitar las confrontaciones étnicas-culturales, políticas y sociales entre las múltiples nacionalidades que la habitan, es derrotando el colonialismo interno y sus métodos perversos de dominación.

Es por ello, QUE, de conformidad con nuestra Tesis Política de Septiembre del 2003 y el pronunciamiento de Diciembre del 2006;

PROPONEMOS:

PUNTO 1.- La creación de un ESTADO CONFEDERAL.
Esta Confederación sería el resultado de un “pacto” entre dos o más Estados o regiones soberanas -libremente asociadas, aplicando el principio de Autodeterminación.

PUNTO 2.- Cada una de estas unidades geográficas se dotaría de una CONSTITUCIÓN POLÍTICA de su PROPIO ESTADO.

Esta CONFEDERACIÓN Multinacional, establecerá de “mutuo acuerdo”, un SEGUNDO PACTO CONSTITUCIONAL que contenga solo aquellos aspectos que LES SON COMUNES a ser ratificado mediante un Referéndum vinculante, a ser realizado en cada una de las partes.

PUNTO 3.- La Nación Camba o quienes se sumen a ella, asumiría un SISTEMA FEDERAL DE GOBIERNO, a fin de administrar eficientemente sus intereses, promover y consolidar las autonomías Provinciales, Municipales e Indígenas, como partes de este proyecto republicano, popular, igualitario y democrático.

PUNTO 4.- Promover la conformación de una COMISIÓN DE ALTO NIVEL de carácter policlasista, multiétnico y pluriregional e ideológico, para que, en el plazo máximo de un año, promueva este proyecto y prepare las bases para la realización del REFERÉNDUM correspondiente, sustentado en nuestro DERECHO DE LIBRE DETERMINACIÓN, bajo la supervisión de la OEA , ONU y otros observadores internacionales.

Brazilian and AC Milan Player Kaka has just been awarded the FIFA World’s Player of the Year Award for his performance in world football. One of his crowning achievements was having lead AC Milan to a Champions League Victory and scoring ten goals consecutively in the process.

Kaka polled 1,047 votes compared to 504 for Messi and 426 for Ronaldo. Kaka said that he was surprised with the honour and thanked God and Brazil for taking him to places that “players dream about”.

Kaka deserves my praise and support for a well deserved prize.

Hoekstra's defiance of Bush administration shows rare courage

Washington, D.C. - The Libertarian Party calls Rep. Peter Hoekstra's (R-Mich.) refusal to kowtow to the Bush administration's request to suspend the House Intelligence Committee's investigation of the destroyed CIA tapes a courageous act in the pursuit of truth. "Rep. Hoekstra demonstrated great courage by breaking party lines in the pursuit of truth," says Libertarian Party Executive Director Shane Cory.

"Blind partisanship has destroyed the credibility of Republicans and Democrats," says Cory. "Any break from this culture of cronyism is worthy of praise. Rep. Hoekstra put the truth above party loyalty, and showed tremendous leadership in standing up to the pressure by the Bush administration and others to abandon his investigation. Corruption and misconduct should not go without reprimand, and Rep. Hoekstra seems to be dedicated to ensuring justice is rendered."

Hoekstra is leading a House Intelligence Committee investigation of CIA tapes allegedly destroyed in 2005 by CIA officials after being told the tapes would be needed in investigations of abusive interrogation techniques. Despite being warned not to destroy the tapes, CIA officials proceeded anyway, claiming a need to protect the identities of interrogators. The tapes are believed to document the interrogation of top al-Qaeda suspects in 2002.

The White House, as well as the Justice Department, has requested Congress not to pursue the investigation. Hoekstra called the Executive Branch community "incompetent," "arrogant" and "political."

"Liberty, truth and justice should all be values that transcend party lines," said Cory. "Hoekstra's decision to pursue the House's investigation shows a determination to rebuilding the credibility of a federal government mired in corruption and blind partisanship."
