I was listening to the game between Spain and Russia for the Group D Classification of Euro 2008 using the Windows Media Player in my computer. Spanish Radio and Television did the live coverage and it was the equivalent of being there. I wanted Spain to win in order to bury all of the comments underestimating Spain. Another reason was the injustices that Russia committed against Spain during the Spanish Civil War of the 1930?s in which $660,000,000 were taken by Russia from Spain almost at the end of that Civil War. Who cannot forget the injustices of burned churches and people killed for their beliefs? Besides the bitter pill of past history, there was a bitter pill of present history which had to do with an English Team. During the beginning of 2008, an English Team played an exhibition game in Moscow. It was before, during, and after this exhibition game that hooligans from Russia started verbally and physically assaulting the English Football [Soccer] supporters. It was a surprise that Russia was not expelled from the European League or FIFA. The game itself was great and exciting.

FIRST HALF

The First Half started with a Spain which was forward looking and triumphant. Spain had possession of the ball and the game. David Villa surprised the spectators with his first two goals of the game. In the first goal, Villa took advantage of an opening in the Russian Goal Post to score his first goal. In the second attempt, David Villa kicked the ball between the legs of Igor Akinfeyev to score the second goal. It appears that David Villa was the dominant force in the First Half in the Spanish Victory over Russia. During the game, there were comments from the pundits of the Sports Forum of the BBC about signing Villa for Liverpool or Arsenal.

SECOND HALF

Spain started the second half with David Villa giving a headache to Roman Shirokov and scoring a third goal in the process. Unfortunately, Russia woke up from its lethargy in order for Roman Pavlyuchenko to score its first goal. Regardless, Spain was able to recover from this setback with David Villa assisting Cesc Fabregas in scoring a forth and final goal for Spain to the chagrin and surprise of Igor Akinfeyev. All of attempts at substitution by Russia resulted in negative results while Spain had little or no need of such substitutions. It was one of the greatest games and upsets.

TOTAL

Russia played a disorganized game and was unable to recover from the volley of goals by David Villa. Spain with Villa, Fabregas, and Torres were able to show the world that Spain is the team to deal with in Euro 2008. Spain was organized, disciplined, and to the point in its football [soccer]. Spain now has to prepare for its games against Greece and Sweden.

Estoy escuchando el juego entre Espa~na contra Rusia en la Copa Euro 2008 mediante mi ordenador. El juego fue transmitido en vivo desde Austria mediante la cadena de la RTVE [Radio Television Espa~nola]. Queria una Victoria contra Rusia porque Espa~na lo merece y debido a las injusticias de Rusia hacia la Madre Patria. Como lo digo, Rusia robo $660,000,000 en oro de Espa~na durante la Guerra Civil Espa~nola y no lo quieren devolver. Estoy contento de que la justicia sigue imponiendo.

PRIMERA MITAD

La Primera Mitad comenzo con Espa~na triunfante y pujante. Espa~na tenia posesion del juego y el terreno mientras Rusia paso por los malos ratos a pesar de ser buen jugadores. David Villa era el rey de la Primera Mitad con sus goles sorpredentes, limpio, y nitido. David Villa aprovecho de una apertura donde el portero ruso ni siquiera penso donde puede existir una posibilidad de un gol para su primer gol. En el segundo intento, David Villa pateo la pelota entre las piernas del ruso Igor Akinfeyev para anotar su gol. Asi termino la primera mitad.

SEGUNDA MITAD

Espa~na comenzo con el tercer gol de David Villa volviendo loco al ruso Roman Shirokov. Shirokov miro un lado con Vila pateando al lado opuesto. Desgraciadamente. Los rusos despertaron con el primer gol de Roman Pavlyuchenko. Espa~na debe estar en un estado de alerta contra la amenaza rusa. Todavia sigue el juego aunque hemos gozado de la ventaja. Durante el juego, algunos comentaristas en los foros deportivo de la BBC de Londres estan hablando de las posibilidades del equipo Villa y Torres jugando para los equipos ingleses Liverpool o Arsenal. Todo depende en el desenvolvimiento de la contienda entre Espa~na y Rusia con el progreso de la Madre Patria en el Grupo D. Se puede apreciar que los sustitutos en el equipo ruso no estan a favor de los rusos mientras Espa~na no tenia que utilizar los sustitutos.Casi al final de la segunda mitad, David Villa ayudo a Cesc Fabregas sorprender al ruso Igor Akinfeyev lanzando la pelota quince yardas para anotar el ultimo gol. En verdad se hizo la justicia.

Rusia jugo desorganizado con una especie de rigidez mientras Espa~na jugo limpio, nitido, y organizado. David Villa merece un premio pues llevo las riendas de Espa~na hacia la Victoria. Todo depende de los juegos contra Grecia y Suecia pero me alegro que perdieron los rusos.

Para aquellos que no lo quieren creer, los rusos robaron de Espa~na los $660,000,000.00 en Oro. Hubo Iglesias y Hogares destruidos por turbas. Incluso hubo incidentes de personas muertos por practicar la Fe Catolica. Jamas olvidare de los inocentes incluyendo sacerdotes, monjas, y feligreses muertos por creer en Dios.

Jamas olvidare que Rusia participo en el saqueo y la destuccion de las Perlas de las Antillas. Jamas olvidare como Rusia destruyo la felicidad en Cuba con la ayuda de sus titeres. Jamas olvidare que Rusia nos coloco casi en el precipicio de una Tercera Guerra Mundial. En los deportes, Rusia no son expertos en jugar con las manos limpias. Una vez, Manchester United jugo un juego de exhibicion en Rusia. La respuesta de los elementos anti sociales dentro de Rusia fue un asalto verbal y fisico a los hinchas de Manchester United.

Today, Judiciary Committee Chairman John Conyers officially invited Mr. McClellan to testify under oath on Friday, June 20th at 10AM.

After all of our hard work pushing for impeachment hearings for Vice President Cheney – the McClellan hearing provides our cause with a legitimate opportunity to showcase the crimes and violations of this Administration for the American people, the mainstream media, reluctant members of the Democratic party, and sensible Republicans. This hearing provides us our first genuine opportunity to enter the public consciousness and change the dynamics that have prevented true accountability for Bush and Cheney.

Mr. McClellan was a major figure in the Valerie Plame/CIA scandal, as well as a leading propagandist for the Bush White House's deliberate attempts to hide the true costs of this war from the American public. As such, Mr. McClellan will testify under oath (and be subject to perjury charges should he lie) and be asked about the following matters:
1. What role did President Bush, Vice President Cheney , and key administration officials take in the effort to reveal the identity of covert CIA agent Valeria Plame Wilson – thus destroying her network and putting lives in jeopardy?
2. What role did President Bush, Vice President Cheney, and key administration officials take regarding the firing of U.S. Attorneys or political reasons?
3. What role did President Bush, Vice President Cheney, key administration officials take in conspiring to blatantly break U.S. and International laws prohibiting the use of torture?
I call on Mr. McClellen to immediately accept this invitation and testify under oath as he previously agreed to while being interviewed on national television.

During the hearing I will have roughly five short minutes to question Mr. McClellan and undercover the illegalities committed by this Administration – which is why it is critically important that every representative on the Judiciary Committee hears your voice. Please let them know that you demand answers to these questions.

Nor should it stop there: Karl Rove has thumbed his nose to the Judiciary Committee's subpoena – joining Harriet Miers, Joshua Bolten and Vice President Cheney's Chief of Staff David Addington as the only Administration officials in history to claim Congress has no power to even bring them before a committee to be questioned.

I have called for Karl Rove to be held in inherent contempt and for the other renegade officials to appear as required by their subpoenas, or be forced to do so by the House Sergeant of Arms.

What the Judiciary's request of McClellan proves is that if we stay vigilant – if we call loudly and repeatedly for accountability - that we become very difficult to ignore.
